The vacation rentals are located in a very quiet, green setting with no immediate neighbors, offering sweeping views across the meadows toward the Czech Republic. All bedrooms also feature a wood-burning stove to provide extra warmth on cooler days. The garden is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and there is ample parking available in front of the house. The completely newly furnished and renovated apartment consists of a bedroom with a 1.80-wide double bed with a full-length mattress, a closet, a desk, and an armchair. The kitchen-living room, with a fully equipped kitchen (medium-sized freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, dishes, etc.), has everything you need to prepare meals. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box with a code. Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement and for an additional fee of 20 EUR per stay. A tourist tax of 1.30 EUR per person per night (ages 18 and up) will be charged separately. For children up to age 6, the tourist tax is 0.50 EUR per child per night. Any applicable fees (washing machine: 3 EUR per load) are not included in the base price. Included in the base price are towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning. The total price can be calculated at any time after booking, but at least 3 days before arrival. Payment is accepted exclusively via bank transfer.
