This inviting vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the upper floor and offers comfortable accommodations spanning approximately 60 m² for a relaxing vacation. The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa set, a dining table, a TV (satellite/cable), and a radio with a CD/DVD player, so you can enjoy relaxing moments. The adjoining kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and electric kettle.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine, which provides added convenience. The south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors, and a parking space right next to the apartment is also available.
A bike shed, a garden, and a barbecue area are available for shared use. A handcart is also provided to make your stay with small children even more comfortable. This vacation rental is ideal for families or small groups looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid the surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.

Bedding and/or towels are not included in the price for the booked property but can be added to your reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on Prerow’s current regulations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
