Located minutes from Island Center Forest and Vashon Town, this thoughtfully designed tiny home offers a cozy and comfortable base for exploring the island’s beaches, trails, farm stands, and local food scene.
Designed to make the most of its compact footprint, the home features tall ceilings, natural light, and efficient use of space that keeps the interior open and comfortable for two guests. Large windows bring in views of the surrounding trees while maintaining a quiet, private atmosphere.
Inside you’ll find a functional kitchenette equipped for simple meals during your stay, including a hot plate, countertop oven/air fryer, microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee station for slow island mornings.
The loft sleeping area features a comfortable full-size bed tucked beneath the peaked ceiling. The loft is accessed by a staircase and creates a cozy place to relax after a day exploring Vashon’s trails, beaches, and scenic backroads.
The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and updated fixtures, making the small footprint feel surprisingly spacious and comfortable.
Outside, guests can enjoy a small private patio area and access to the shared firepit in the yard—perfect for relaxing under the trees after a day of island adventures.
This tiny home sits on the same property as the owner’s primary residence, but guests have their own private entrance and dedicated space during their stay.
