Discover your sanctuary in the heart of Scottsdale at The Sunrise Villa: A Mid-Century Modern retreat designed for the ultimate Arizona getaway 1-mile north of Old Town. Featuring 4 pools, 4 spas, tennis and pickle ball courts and premier grounds . The designer Townhome is newly renovated, with high end furnishings built for style and comfort.
Whether you are here for a Family fun vacation, a fancy girls weekend or the boys golf trip, The Sunrise Villa is the perfect destination for your next trip.
Upon entering the home you are welcomed to a large open Living room, with a spacious entertaining area, dry bar and open concept dining room.
Peek out the back door to find your private patio, with outdoor dining table and BBQ grill.
The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals and host, with a pass through window that overlooks the back patio.
The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the Primary Master bedroom, and Guest bathroom is in hallway between both guest bedrooms.
Work & Play: The entry of the home has a dedicated work space with desk, perfect for those needing a high-productivity workspace.
Entertainment: Stay connected and entertained with Smart TV's in every bedroom and the living area.
The Community:
The Grounds of the community are a lush, green oasis featuring: 4 Pool areas, with 2 of the 4 pools and spas being heated for winter months. Each Pool area also has Sparkling waters and sun loungers for year-round relaxation.
Outdoor Activity:
The community features 3 Pickle Ball and 1 tennis court on site, and is centrally located right next to the canal walking path.
*Sleeping Arrangements: (Accommodates 6 Guests)
Primary Suite: 1 King Bed+ Private full bath
Guest Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed
Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Guest Bathroom: 1 shared guest bathroom located in the hall.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. The living room, kitchen, dining room, patio and and all bedrooms are accessible as well as parking in the garage. A key code for the front door will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay.
*Other things to note:*
SAFETY & PROPERTY: We value the safety and security of our guests. Please recall from the listing that this property has an exterior security camera located at the front door and at the garage. These cameras monitors the entry points only and do not record any interior spaces.
We ask you to please respect check in and check out times, so we can properly prepare the home for future guests.
The Property is suited for 6 total guests, 2 additional children under 3 are also permitted in the occupancy. If there will be additional guest visiting during the day we request you ask for approval and give notice. If more than the occupancy of guests is breached by the guest there will be additional fines, and will be asked to vacate the property with No refund. We Do Not allow any events or parties.
Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000.
If the police are called due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges. There will be a FINE of $1,000.00 imposed and charged to your stay for any police/ sheriff coming to the property during the full duration of your stay.
We do not allow pets of any kind at the property. A fine of $1,000.00 will be imposed if we find you have brought a pet to the home undisclosed. You will be required to vacate the home if a pet is found, and you will face any damage charges imposed.
Pool Area and Tennis/ Pickle Ball Courts:
Children: Not toilet trained must wear leak proof diapers in the pool, Under age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Food, Beverages, Containers, Trash:
1) No food, beverage is allowed in the pool.
2) No glass containers/bottles are permitted in the pool areas.
3) Each person is responsible for removing their own trash.
4) Smokers must provide their own non-breakable ashtrays.
Swimmers must wear swimming attire only. No shorts or cut-offs.
*Inconsiderate behavior, such as loudness, running, pushing, jumping, horseplay, Frisbee throwing, etc. will not be tolerated in the pool areas. Raft users must not interfere with swimmers.
Guests must observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. so as not to interfere unduly with the quiet enjoyment of owners in close proximity to the pools.
We will always be available to respond to any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay and will coordinate any in-person assistance you may require.
*Please read all house rules before booking. It is mandatory to follow the guest rules for the respect of the home and the community. Failure to follow house rules may be subject to a cancellation by the host without refund. The property has an HOA and guidelines/rules, in which if breached by the guest will result in a fine by HOA to be paid by guest in full, in addition to a $150 Admin Fee.
