"Haus am Sonnenhügel" is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Thallichtenberg near Kusel, with a view of Lichtenberg Castle. It offers two beautiful, newly furnished vacation apartments: the spacious four-star “PUSTEBLUME” apartment and the three-star “GÄNSEBLÜMCHEN” apartment with a cozy sloped ceiling. We are no longer classified by the DTV as of 2009–2024, but the stars are provided for reference.<br> Our hotel-restaurant “Burgblick” is located just 40 meters away, so you don’t have to miss out on the amenities of a hotel stay. The Burgblick kitchen offers regional and seasonal delicacies while you enjoy the unique view of Lichtenberg Castle.<br> We offer a varied breakfast buffet to get your day off to a good start. We primarily use regional products: sausage from the butcher, eggs from happy chickens, homemade bread, house-made jams, honey from Armin’s bees, and much more.<br> In the spacious, light-filled vacation apartment for up to 4 people, you’ll enjoy a relaxing vacation, thanks in part to the modern and new amenities, as well as the fantastic view of Lichtenberg Castle through the panoramic windows. The interior is divided into two separate double bedrooms with TVs, a full bathroom with natural light located between them, a 40 m² living and dining room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the living area. From the living room, two exterior doors lead out to the 27 m² furnished terrace. In the first bedroom, you’ll sleep comfortably in two single beds placed side by side. The second bedroom features a double bed for a good night’s sleep. Both bedrooms offer ample storage space for your luggage. In the spacious living and dining room, you can relax together on two sofas and enjoy the multimedia wall. The solid-wood kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable and comprehensive self-catering. Free Wi-Fi and free calls to German landlines round out the amenities.
