Welcome to Little Bear Den #3-This centrally located one-bedroom suite is the perfect retreat to return to after a day of exploring the area. Newly built and thoughtfully designed, the space feels warm and inviting, featuring a modern shower, a comfortable bedroom, and a compact kitchenette ideal for quick, easy meals.

This 1-bedroom space of approximately 310 sq ft, is designed for comfort and simplicity. This compact retreat is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple who plans to spend their days exploring the area and enjoying the local cuisine. The unit features a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, mini fridge and coffee maker—ideal for light meals and morning coffee. With plenty of natural light and a clean, contemporary feel, it’s a great home base for guests who value convenience, style, and being out and about. The bedroom is compact and features a comfortable queen bed. Due to the room’s size, storage space is limited. The newly designed bathroom includes a shower and toilet combination, with the sink conveniently located just outside the bathroom. This layout allows the sink to be used separately — ideal for freshening up or washing dishes while preparing light meals.

Perched on a hill and surrounded by lush rainforest, this cozy hideaway is perfectly suited for 2 guests, but can accommodate up to 3 (2 adults and 1 child). The couch pulls out into a double bed, though to make room, the coffee table will need to be moved closer to the kitchenette, which slightly reduces the living space and storage. We’re happy to host a group of three as long as you’re comfortable with the limited space.

The suite is conveniently located near the popular Big Beach, a favorite spot for sunset views, beach walks, and relaxed picnics by the ocean. A 2-minute walk from the suite brings you to the Wild Pacific Trail, one of Ucluelet’s most popular walking routes. A short stroll in the other direction takes you into the heart of town, where local cafés, restaurants, and charming shops await.

A few things to note:
Please note that this suite has limited clothing storage and is best suited for guests who travel light.
Additionally, there are quite a few stairs required to access the suite, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.


Host Rules:
Review: Little Bear Den is a compact, cozy cabin with a simple kitchenette—microwave, toaster, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a small dining table—perfect for light meals and snacks. Please note there is no stovetop, dishwasher, or full-size fridge.
Renters agreement must be signed
Age min: 21 years old
During peak summer season (July-August), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
No pets allowed: To keep the space comfortable for all guests, we’re a pet-free home and don’t allow dogs or cats. Please book elsewhere if you’ll be travelling with a pet.
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
