Welcome to the brand new Breezy Vineyards! Just minutes away from all of Branson's popular attractions and steps away from the pool.
From the luxury bedrooms with three King Beds, a fireplace, a fully loaded coffee bar, a gameroom, and two living rooms. This space is perfect for larger families or groups.
The place is unlike others, with its professional design and spacious layout, making it a perfect place to make long-lasting memories!
The space-
Breezy Vineyards is brand new and a fully loaded 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom two-story condo.
Centrally located to all of Branson's entertainment:
-4 miles to Silver Dollar City
-7 miles to the Branson Strip
-5 miles to Table Rock State Park
-6 miles to Dolly Parton's Stampede
-3 miles to Moonshine Beach
-7 miles to Indian Point Marina (boat rentals available)
Sleeping:
First Floor-
Bedroom 1: King bed, Pack n Play Available
Bedroom 2: King Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen and twin Bunkbed
Second Floor-
Bedroom 4: King Bed
Kitchen:
-Fully loaded kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal and a large island seating for 4.
-Dining room table seating for 6 with a high chair is available.
Entertainment:
- Smart TVs in every bedroom and TVs in each living room
-Arcade Game

-Two Living rooms
-Outdoor seating
Essentials:
-Sheets and plush towels for each guest are provided.

-There is no assigned parking. Please be aware that parking may be limited during peak season.
-Please confirm seasonal pool availability before booking.
-All guests must be 21+ except children with their parents.
-9 person maximum.
- No smoking is allowed in the condo.
-Pets are not allowed in the condo.
-No parties, and we ask you to please respect the community's quiet hours 11 PM-7 AM.
