We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation rental in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the Alter Strom and just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

“Stromsicht”—A dream by the Alter Strom for up to 4 people! Located on the 1st floor, this apartment features a large living room with a double sofa bed, TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a magnificent sea view, a large bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV. Living area approx. 63 sqm.

Please note that Wi-Fi reception may be subject to fluctuations or interruptions.
The house is located in a pedestrian zone.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, local residents

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair (per unit): 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
