In an exclusive location, right on the Alter Strom, across from the marina in Warnemünde, some with magnificent panoramic views of the harbor entrance, the lighthouses, and the Baltic Sea beach, our “Stromblick” property offers attractive apartments and vacation rentals for 2 to 6 people. Dear guests, welcome to Stromblick! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation rental in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the Alter Strom and just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

“Stromperle”—A dream by the Alter Strom for up to 6 people! Located on the 2nd floor, this unit features a large living room with a fireplace (firewood not provided), an open-concept kitchen, a double sofa bed (leather sofa), TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi, 2 balconies with stunning ocean views, a large bathroom with a tub, shower, and bidet, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a second TV, as well as a guest restroom. Living area approx. 100 square meters.
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
Please note that Wi-Fi reception may be subject to fluctuations or interruptions.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Visitor’s tax from 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference participants, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
