• A minimum stay of 30 days is required.
• All bookings are subject to building and management approval.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• One assigned parking space is included.
• Additional building rules, fees, or documentation may apply and will be communicated prior to arrival.
