To proceed with registration, there is an application fee of $50 (non-refundable) per individual or married couple (ages 18 and above). The approval or denial of the application may take up to 30 days. However, an expedited option is available for an additional fee of $45 (per application), reducing the processing time to 5-7 business days instead of the standard 30-day wait.
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
