¡Ven a nuestro encantador condominio STUDIO en south beach! Justo enfrente del océano en ocean drive. Está realmente en una excelente ubicación en South Beach, a pie de restaurantes, discotecas y tiendas.

Cocina y baño recientemente renovados, con espacio para dormir hasta 3 en 1 cama queen y 1 futón cama. Este luminoso estudio da a una tranquila calle lateral, justo al lado de un transitado océano. - ubicado justo enfrente de Lummus Park. Si quieres ver qué está pasando, este estudio está en el corazón de la acción.

we had a great day. The location was perfect lots of restaurants, dining shopping, walk across the road to the beach where you could rent umbrellas .The amenities at the location had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was great. Our host was exceptional. Every time I messaged her to get some direction to do something. She always replied. She was very friendly and accommodated.

Location is great Close to beach and ocean drive with restaurants and bars host was great allowing us early check in (for fee) and late check out (fee waived) For the cons - the walls/windows didn’t see to keep noise out — both from inside and outside - window facing road and at night can be very noisy due to traffics and people walking around (Even with the noise ordinance in effect) you could also hear the neighbours in the hallway and even in their apts the apt is also very outdated. Very minimal. Only supplied one set of towels per guest No soap shampoo etc (Had to request and they did bring one small bar of soap and some packages of shampoo) No kitchen towels no dish soap (had to request) Paper towels (requested but never supplied even though said would be supplied) Shower tap we were afraid would break off - was loose can tell it has been that way for while since there was a sign that said hold and pull) Also was told to take garbage outside to back of apt before leaving or we would get a bad review but yet they charge a cleaning fee There was a lot of other rules Overall not sure I would stay there again as there are other apts in same area that would be better.

Nice location!

Building is older, beautiful architecture. We took a quick vacation. Quick walk across the street to beautiful South Beach. Room is nice, could use upgrades but sufficient. Bed is very hard, we left a night early because my back was killing me. Helena is awesome, overall we enjoyed our stay!

Phenomenal location

I cannot say enough about the location, the host and of course the onsite manager Helena. The location is perfect for anyone looking for a quick walk to the beach or access to shopping or nightlife. Helena is an incredible onsite manager. Quick to respond, attentive upon arrival, and incredibly friendly. Our host also checked in with us to see how our stay was and to ask if we needed anything, which is always nice. The one piece of advice I would give anyone staying is to venture off Ocean Drive for your food. While the food options are good on Ocean Drive, we found a lot more options that would be enough to have us come back for another visit.

THE LOCATION

Loved being so close to the beach and there’s everything you need in walking distance. The only thing we had to uber for was to get to UMF! And it was a party outside but not as hectic as downtown so the location was just top tier!

Average at best.

The vrbo is located on the corner of a busy lighted street and the window covering doesn’t darken the room at night. Also there is constant human and automobile noise every night until 3 and this wasn’t even spring break season. Vrbo had very modest kitchen equipment.(not even a toaster.). 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Could at least provide one roll to use until a trip to the store could be made. Bed covers were very cheap and did little. Cleaning was average at best with lots of hair throughout the bathroom On the positive side pricing was competitive and proximity to the beach was perfect.

Can’t beat the location

If you’re going to South Beach you can’t beat this location. Right at 6th and Ocean. Note that if you’re coming from outside the USA you’ll want to make sure you have some US cash if you get there after 8pm to pay the 20 late check-in fee.The Facilities are good. How to use the shower is labeled in the shower. The bed is comfortable and it has good pillows. Bring your own toilet paper; they must have had a problem with people stealing it in the past because there’s no extra in the flat. The AC works very well also. To get into the building you’ll have to run the gauntlet of the restaurant downstairs every time, but they give BOGO on drinks if you’re staying there so no complaints. The hallway to the unit smells like a lifetime of steamed shrimp and microwaved beef, but you can handle that.

Location, location, location

There is no view in the room, but being right across from the beach made up for it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I asked Helena for a beach chair and she let me use one. No complaints except maybe there could have been more hangers. Make sure you ask for anything you need. Helena will deliver.

First trip to south Miami Beach

This was a perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Miami. The location was the best, very nice area, with plenty to do and see. No driving around necessary to have lots of adventures. Owner and property manager just terrific. Very much enjoyed the trip.

Best Service! Answers to questions within minutes, very detailed and fact based information, all was exactly as offered - very little the apartment is old, yet price fits more than perfect to the overall performance. Although street can be loud on weekends- room is good and quiet. Security at lounge very kind and open as well as local manager and remote manager

A car is NOT necessary in South Beach
The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned and the fare is only 25 cents. The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am)
Late check ins after 8Pm have a $20 fee paid to the staff member who meets you
