Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms (5 beds) and 2 full baths. Minutes from St. Ives & Tullymore golf and ~20 minutes to Ferris State — ideal for graduation weekends and summer getaways.

The space
Enjoy direct access to the Tri-Lakes chain — Round Lake, Lake Mecosta, and Blue Lake — with over 700 acres of connected all-sports water. Perfect for boating, tubing, jet skis, and fishing.

Blue Lake features a popular sandbar and small island for swimming, wading, and relaxing during the summer.

Our 60’ vinyl dock with an 8x10’ patio section offers plenty of room to tie up your boat and relax by the water.

Two kayaks are available for guests to explore the lake at your own pace.

Evenings are made for the firepit by the lake (firewood available), sunsets, and time with family and friends.

For outdoor lovers, the nationally recognized Dragon Trail is just 30 minutes away — one of Michigan’s premier mountain biking and hiking destinations.

• Buck’s Run – ~40 minutes
• Pohlcat – ~40 minutes

Winter guests can enjoy snowmobiling in nearby Canadian Lakes and on the Tri-Lakes once frozen.

Guest access
This rate includes the entire house, along with enough parking for 4 vehicles. You will also have access to our dock for your boat or other watercraft; or just use it to catch some pan fish. On the deck you can enjoy views from the patio furniture while cooking up something on the propane gas grill.

If you have or want a boat to launch, the free public launch is located on the South side of Lake Mecosta.

You will have access to the huge and spacious back yard for playing outdoor games or enjoying the water views. Also located in the backyard is a fire pit; please bring your own burning wood or can purchase wood onsite.

Other things to note
Sleeps 8: 5 beds (2 queen, 1 full, twin bunk beds) comfortable to sleep 8. For addition guests, there is a full/queen air mattress located in the living room closet to accommodate up to 10.
