Welcome to our exquisite four-bedroom luxury cottage on the outskirts of Kingham. A home from home, and a chance to decompress in luxurious surrounds with family or a small group of friends. EV charging on site.
This cottage - our UK home - is a fusion of quintessential Cotswold charm and contemporary five-star luxury in the globally recognized style and hospitality of the Cotswolds. This beautiful home is the perfect quiet escape for couples and families to explore the beautiful area.
The cottage is a tranquil retreat on the outskirts of the village, set in a secure private gated developement. Every aspect of the location has been designed for relaxation and effortless living in a quiet setting. Every detail of the house has been carefully crafted for comfort, home from home luxuries, and considered to ensure your stay is perfect.
Living & Entertaining:
- Gourmet Kitchen & Dining: A fully kitted-out chef’s kitchen featuring a double Miele oven, boiling water tap, luxury cookware, and a dedicated wine fridge. Enjoy a complimentary welcome basket including wine, fresh bread, and essentials. Separate utility and laundry room with additional sink, pantry and prep space.
- Cosy Living Room, Snug & Fireplace: The inviting living room boasts luxury lounging for 8, and a working woodburner fireplace for those perfect, cozy evenings.
- Entertainment: Enjoy a movie on the large Samsung Frame Smart TV, log into your favourite streaming services, or dive into the Games Cupboard with board games and a PS4.
- High-Tech Connectivity: Experience lightning-fast Starlink Wifi throughout the property, complemented by a Sonos sound system or bluetooth speakers in every room/bedroom.
- Working From Home: A dedicated study offers a standing desk, a large monitor, and fast internet for those who need a dedicated workspace. Additional desk space is available in two other rooms (but don’t work too hard!)
Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8):
- Four luxurious bedrooms, all featuring Super King or King size beds, built in ample storage, and extra blankets/pillows.
- Primary Suite: A flexible suite with a Super King bed, and the option to create a private en-suite zone with one of the large bathrooms, featuring a walk-in rain shower.
- Luxury Bathrooms: Two elegant bathrooms, one with a glorious rain shower and the other with a bath and overhead shower. Both are stocked with complementary toiletries. Downstairs w/c for convenience.

The house is set within a quiet secure, gated garden estate, offering a tranquil and private setting overlooking farmland and forest at the back.
Outdoor living:
Great size garden with plenty of room for kids or dogs to run around, set against rolling farmland and tree lined views. From April to October, enjoy outdoor living and fire-pit for a relaxing starry nightcap.
Both Kingham village and Bledington just a short walk away to local pubs and grocery stores.
Parking & EV charging:
Exclusive, secure parking for two cars is available, including a dedicated electric car charging point for your convenience. Additional parking available if required.
Dog friendly luxury:
We warmly welcome up to two well behaved dogs. We provide blankets for furniture and beds (a must !), spare dogs bowls and towels. Outdoor taps and hosepipes are available for a post-walk wash-down. Please ask about details. We ask that animals are accompanied at home at all times.
