This well-maintained 3-room apartment on the first floor of the Abendsonne building offers an unobstructed. magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, features two separate bedrooms and a large living room with a couch/sofa bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and bathtub with shower.

On-site costs: Payment terms: To finalize a binding reservation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid at any time. An automated payment request will be sent no later than 14 days before arrival. However, payments can also be made on-site in cash or by credit card. Keys will be handed over upon full payment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Deposits will be refunded without any fees. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be charged; for cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the rental cost will be charged. Tourist taxes are only due if you stay. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Check-in at our front desk: We look forward to welcoming you in person at our front desk in the Holzhaus starting at 4:00 PM. Check-In with a Key Safe: Would you prefer to go straight to your vacation home rather than picking up the keys at our reception desk in Wallgau? We’d be happy to set up a key safe directly at your accommodation. Just let us know if you’d like this service. We ask that you pay the full travel costs in advance and complete the online check-in. Your vacation home will be available to you on your arrival day starting at 4:00 PM. On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest. We’ll provide you with the Alpenwelt Card—your personal guest card—in digital format. If you prefer, we can also print it out for you. We’re happy to provide baby gear free of charge if needed. Pets are not allowed.
