Buffalo Family Reunion

Diane was so easy to work with; home had all you could ask for…short .5 mile into town to pick up breakfast goodies from the famous beach bakery. Pool and outdoor patio was perfect for dinners or just a swim after the beach!! Thanks so much Diane we had a blast!!

Lovely host and lovely pool/location!

It was a great week - the pool and the landscaping in the backyard make it delightful. Only note that I would mention that I didn’t see in other reviews is that it is quite closed to a main road so you hear cars quite consistently, but that is also a plus as town is very walkable! Diane is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host, who is very very responsive.

A wonderful Stay in WestHampton

This home was just wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and grilling. The Main Street area with the shops and restaurants was a short walk away and the beach was not far either. Our family enjoyed spending time at the house and going on day trips to all the other towns in the Hamptons. Diane was very helpful and easy to work with. Would love to come back one day.

Westhampton Beach

We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Diane was very friendly and greeted us at check-in with thorough details on the house (pool cleaning, garbage disposal, lawn services etc..). During our stay, I reached out to Diane a few times with questions and she was very responsive. The house was very clean, centrally located (minutes from Main Street, supermarket and beach) and equipped with everything we needed. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Complete Joy!

My friends and I were welcomed to a bottle of wine and cheese cutters. A clean, welcoming home that was comfortable, had great energy and we were sad to leave! The host did a fantastic job leaving instructions for everything you may have needed. The towels were plush and the beds were comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay here again. A big thank you to Diane for sharing her special place with us!

Really nice house and excellent pool and patio area

Long family weekend 8 of us enjoyed the great pool and patio. House is outfitted very well. Neighborhood is lovely an easy walk to town and a truly lovely weekend. One issue we did have was the oven not working on the night we were having people over. Landlord/host tried to assist but we made due. She did really try to help and was very good at communicating

Perfect Summer House

This house was the perfect mid-century beach house for my vacation. Open and airy, one side of the house had a LARGE window (you felt like you are outside; but the surrounding trees and landscaping made it private, so you didn't feel to exposed), it's was so pretty. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, updated kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms (all rooms current), and a private heated-pool area with new BBQ. (so many of the homes I had looked at previously, either were not updated OR had only 1 maybe 2 rooms updated and the others were still back in the 70s/80s...yuk!) Also, in a great location, I could walk to town. Beaches were close, great local restaurants and I even saw movies on the "great lawn" in town, a real summer treat. Accommodations were great...highly recommend. I will be coming back next summer.

Just what we wanted

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a family get-together (five adults and 3 small dogs). The house was very clean - always important and never more than during COVID. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies and equipment. The dining table was the central gathering point for meals and games. The living room is a perfect place to relax and watch a movie together. The pool is beautiful and the yard private as described. We began and ended our days on the patio. It's a quiet neighborhood within easy drive to the village center or nearby attractions. Our contact was very responsive, but not intrusive. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely getaway any time of year. Long Island is fun to explore!

Perfect House

Unbelievable location, comfortable, clean and easy. We travelled in for a family wedding and throughly enjoyed the area. The location close to everything in westhampton was perfect. Perfect home for family getaway

It was as beautiful as the listing said. Gorgeous, lush landscaping surrounds the pool. Huge windows to enjoy the view. Town and beaches close by. Will return again. Diane was so accommodating!

Lovely west Hampton vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this conveniently located home. Our family included our 1 year old grandson who loved regular walks to the playground and village. The home was very well stocked with lots of essentials and was impeccably clean. The pool area was beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. Diane (the homeowner) was always more than responsive to our questions.

Excellent location, beautiful house

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The outside pool area was ideal for the kids and will be great in summer. Diane was friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing stay and will definitely go back.

Great Family Weekend!

The house was immaculate, well equipped and super comfortable for our family of 6 adults, a 1 year old and a small dog! We were able to walk to town, enjoy the beautiful backyard and barbeque and play games around the large dining room table. Diane's communication was great - starting with the initial contact and continuing with the detailed instructions and helpful information she shared with me. She was a very welcoming host, leaving us a lovely bottle of prosecco and fresh flowers. Check in was super easy. I highly recommend!

Beautiful West Hampton home!!

My family and I had the best time at Diane’s home. We were hesitant about renting a house during the pandemic but Diane’s immaculate home made us immediately comfortable. Diane was a gracious and attentive host, she was very responsive and made herself available for any questions. I can’t say enough good things about her home. It is a beautifully situated corner property, tastefully decorated and was very comfortable for the four of us. The back yard was great for hanging out by the pool and for outdoor dining. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful Hamptons getaway and we look forward to staying there again.

Awesome long weekend in this house with 'everything'!!

Diane's house is extremely clean and the beds were so very comfortable!! This house had everything anyone could want. Every little gadget could be found in the kitchen (down to napkins, paper plates, and lots of spices). Upon opening some closets, there were extra toothbrushes, band-aids, etc. And games? Wow, more than enough board games and such, as well. I took my 81 year old mother and my 2 best friends and my 2 puppies. The pups LOVED the fully-fenced in backyard and we all sat outside on the patio to end every night. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, honestly! I've rented over a dozen different houses east of the Mississippi and I can tell you this one was in the top 2! Hec, Diane even had fresh flowers on the table and counter and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Nice touch! It was also in walking distance to the village, where we went for lunch, dinner and drinks. If I had to find one thing to say could have been an improvement (and trust me...it's hard to even think of one) but ....I would say - in the pictures, the back patio had a propane/gas heater, but it was no where around when we got there and on these cool October nights, it would've been nice for my 81 year old mother to enjoy. Other than that....I would highly recommend this place!!! Top notch!

Wonderful experience

We had a great time staying in Diane's beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately maintained home. It had everything our family of four needed for a perfect stay. We especially enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture, the gorgeous pool, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Diane was extremely responsive to the one or two questions we had during our stay. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Girls getaway.....

Diane and John were absolutely amazing. Diane answered all our questions prior to arrival and John met us at the property at check-in and was a pleasure to speak with and informed us of everything. The house was immaculate. It was well stocked with all necessities. So if you might have forgotten anything from wine opener to clothes detergents it was there. The outside is beautifully kept and tranquil. The pool had the perfect temperature. Its location was central to many of the tourist sites, wineries, sag habour, beach etc. All within 1 hour drive. Thank you Diane and John!!!!

Great House near Westhampton town and beaches

I stayed 11 nights at this house with my husband and kids (ages 11, 14, and 17) and we had a great time. The house is super comfortable, very clean, lots of closets, and a fully-equipped kitchen, only a 15 minutes walk to town and 15 min drive to the beach (we went to Pikes and Cupsogue, both are beautiful). Very nice outdoor place, with a wonderful pool, and outdoor sofa, table etc, and barbacue. The owners are VERY nice and responsive and leave easy-to- follow instructions. I highly recommend this house, we can't wait to go back.

Charming mid-century modern in great location

We spent the month of July in this charming home. The location is great as it is within walking/biking distance to Main Street Westhampton Beach and while it is on one of the main thoroughfares into town it is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The layout of the home is great as it provides privacy with a separate master bedroom and bath in one area with 3 other bedrooms and bath in another area of the home. The living room has floor to ceiling windows which overlook the lush backyard and pool. We saw deer nearly every night just outside the fenced in yard. The pool area always has a breeze and the heated pool is set at just the right temp. The owner is most gracious and responsive to questions and any issues which may arise. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable base from which to explore all that the Hamptons have to offer.
