Welcome to your private, fully furnished 5-bedroom, 3-bath home in Seattle’s vibrant Greenwood neighborhood — just a 10–15 minute walk to Green Lake, one of the city's most beloved parks for walking, biking, and relaxing by the water.
Designed with groups in mind, this newly renovated home offers space to gather and space to unwind, making it ideal for families, multi-family trips, corporate travelers, and guests visiting Seattle for major events.

LAYOUT & FLEXIBILITY
The home spans multiple levels, allowing the daylight basement and upper level to function independently if desired. This layout works especially well for larger groups traveling together who appreciate both shared spaces and added privacy.
The entire upper level serves as a private primary suite with its own bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, which is our recommended group size. We can host up to 12 guests. Please let us know in advance if you’d like the sleeper sofa set up for your arrival—it will not be prepared by default.

Located on a quiet residential street, yet walkable to Greenwood’s cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Green Lake’s scenic trails and open space are just a short stroll away. Downtown Seattle and Lumen Field are approximately 20–25 minutes away.
Seattle hosts world-class events year-round, and this home offers the space and flexibility larger groups need while providing a peaceful neighborhood setting to return to at the end of the day.
IMPORTANT LAYOUT NOTES
The home includes stairs and multiple levels. The daylight basement and upper-level (finished attic) ceilings are slightly lower than standard, which is typical for homes of this style.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
ACCESS INCLUDES:
- Private entrances with keypad entry
- Full access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and laundry
- Two full kitchens and two living areas
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi throughout the home
PARKING
A private driveway is available for guest use, along with abundant free street parking. Street parking directly in front of the home is typically available overnight. During busier daytime hours, you may need to park along the block or nearby street.

The home spans multiple levels and includes stairs. There are stairs to the front entrance and down to the rear entrance. The daylight basement and upper-level (finished attic) ceilings are slightly lower than standard, which is typical for homes of this style. While comfortable for most guests, the layout may not be ideal for those with mobility limitations.

As of February 2026, this property is offered as a full-house rental. Partial rentals may be available upon request.

Toddler items such as a Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare them for your stay.

- Quiet hours begin at 11PM

- The home is not suitable for parties, events, or open-invite gatherings
