This beautiful 3-story townhome is located in a prime location in Seattle, with easy access to all the city's top attractions. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our townhome is the perfect home base for your stay.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The townhome is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and stylish decor, creating a cozy and comfortable space for you to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our townhome is the rooftop deck, which offers panoramic views of the city and mountains. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views.
The townhome has three floors, with the bedrooms located on the top two floor. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are also well-appointed with modern fixtures and plush towels.

Our stay was great. The location is perfect. A quiet street but walking distance to lots of restaurants and things to do. The host was vey responsive and the place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Ahhhhhmazing place in a great location! Beds were comfy and accommodations were wonderful. Only recommendation would be for a more comfortable sofa for watching some tv and lounging. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property. Perfect location, a short walk down to downtown Ballard. Parking can be a challenge. My only complaint would be no bathroom on the first.floor.

This is a great property and we would definitely stay here again. Great location and very clean. It worked for my families needs very well. Loved the neighborhood and it’s close proximity to downtown Seattle.

Great location and Great view

Enjoyed our stay in Ballard. Easy communication and check in. Location is just right for us. Great views from the roof deck. Three bedrooms worked great for us. Parking is an adventure, but never really a big issue. Will definitely return.

Great Ballard location!

The location of the home is perfect and the rooftop deck is an amazing spot to sip wine and enjoy a view of Mount Rainier! Our family of 5 had plenty of space and felt right at home. Well situated to everything in Ballard and easy drive to all the places you'd want to see in Seattle (Space Needle, Pikes Market, Kerry Park etc). Will definitely book again when visiting next!

Ballard Home Stay

Had a great time at the Ballard townhouse! Very nice views and sunsets on the rooftop deck, great neighborhood for walking around in, we enjoyed the Farmers Market and Market area. We had a large SUV, which I would not recommend for parking! Only comments we had were the second floor bathroom door was a bit squeaky and the master bath could use another towel rack. Minor issues, would love to stay again!

Great location and very nice home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was accurately depicted. The roof deck is amazing but Seattle Rain affects how much it can be used. The only negative about the house is the stairs. It can get a little tiring and my son has arthritis, so it was a bit challenging. Parking was about a block away but did not have problems finding it.

We enjoyed staying here very much We do have a couple of suggestions. It would be nice if there were non-slip strips in the bathtub, a couple of extra mirrors for getting ready for activities and lamps on the nightstands. It's pretty dark when you turn the ceiling light off at night.

Clean and comfortable

We had a very comfortable stay. It was really nice to have the a/c during the warm temperatures and enjoy the sunset view from the rooftop in the evenings. There are a lot of stairs -- but there are bedrooms on the 2nd floor if you would rather not trek to the 3rd floor to sleep every night. We had everything we needed including pans needed to make dinner one evening. Although there isn't off-street parking available, we always found parking within a block, and it was nice to be able to use the load/unload area for our bags. Plenty of coffee/restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were gracious and responsive.

Beautiful home close to downtown

We loved this property!! The check in process was super easy. The bedrooms were as described and well furnished. We came here to see a concert downtown, this home was a great location to easily get us downtown without being stuck in direct Seattle traffic. Parking is a little rough because most home here do not have driveways, but parking was pretty forgiving (there aren't many blocked off parking areas, just common sense). The only suggestion we had was adding a full body mirror, maybe on the door to one of the bedrooms. Seriously gorgeous location and very kind host! Thank you!

Wedding

First time visiting Seattle for a family wedding so extended time to sightsee. Our group of six had a wonderful stay at this location. We were able to gather for breakfast and dinner plus have individual space between the three levels and bonus roof top (we saw Mt.Rainer and space needle). The only drawback is that the second floor does not have air conditioning (only first and third). The hosts were upfront about challenging, street parking as sometimes we had to park 2 blocks away on a very narrow street. Not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in an ideal area

The rental was in great condition and perfect for our family (2 teens, 2 adults). The main bedroom shower was a surprising luxury, and we loved the roof deck. We found everything we needed in the kitchen; caveat - we didn't cook big meals. This was 1 of 4 places we stayed in our family PNW trip and by far the best. We'd return in a heartbeat. Access was simple and as described. The location was wonderful - 5-20min drive to most everything, with grocery stores, coffee shops, and even a Scandinavian shop in walking distance. The block was nice and quiet, with a cute little pocket park at one end, and all of the homes well-maintained. Our one recommendation would be to add some pillows with regular pillowcases. We were a little confused to find only pillows with decorative shams on the beds, without a full set of regular pillows in closets.
