The two-story craftsman house is your private Austin Retreat. You`ll walk into the open kitchen, dining, and living room, open and ready for your group.

At the back of the house are two bedroom areas. One has a door and the other is an open area. The back door leads to a gigantic deck perfect for yoga, laying out, or just morning coffee.

Upstairs, you will find two more sleeping areas. The landing area has a futon that folds into a double bed. We leave linens for you. The primary bedroom with a king bed and bathroom are beyond spacious. The en suite bathroom, with a jacuzzi tub and a shower, is spacious.

At the very back of the lot is a loft apartment above a garage. We have recently begun to rent it for short term stays. You may see folks walking back to the apartment. It sleeps two, so it will just be two people.

With a keyless entry, coming and going is easy. The driveway is private and would fit two cars. At the rear of the lot is a garage with alley access and a loft apartment, where long term renters live. They are very quiet and we like to keep the backyard noise free after 10pm.

One of Austin`s quintessential neighborhoods close to restaurants and with easy access to downtown, Congress Ave., Barton Springs. Also 4 blocks from Zilker Elementary for playground access and close to the greenbelt for great walks.

Walkable to various restaurants and entertainment, also a nail salon, a barber shop and CVS.
Driveway for two cars. Street parking requires parking pass (inquire with manager) Walk to Loros and Gourdoughs. Radio City Coffee is close and an iconic coffee stop.

There is a studio apartment in the back of the property. It is totally detached and private.
Please don`t flush wipes of any kind, paper towels, sanitary products etc. Repair fees for system clogs will be charged to the guests.

No smoking inside. If any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
