Disfrute de las vistas del agua desde todas las habitaciones! El dormitorio principal y las áreas de estar dan al golfo (con balcones adjuntos); La cocina y el dormitorio de invitados dan a la vía fluvial.

Faro de Torres tiene una hermosa piscina y spa con vestuarios, cuartos de baño, dos parrillas al aire libre, gazebo y área de cocina justo en la playa. Tejo, canchas de tenis y baloncesto están en la propiedad.

Sand Key Park es un corto paseo por la playa. También dentro de un corto paseo es un centro comercial con Dunkin Donuts, salón de belleza, conveniencia mart, recuerdos, Maggie Mae, y Columbia Restaurant.

Desde la compra de la unidad en octubre de 2013, hemos remodelado por completo la cocina completa y los dos baños, hemos pintado todas las áreas de la sala de estar, se han vuelto a alfombrar las habitaciones y se ha agregado una nueva lavadora y cajón de tamaño estándar.

Absolutely gorgeous condo. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach equipment! Views are amazing. My husband actually enjoyed doing the dishes while enjoying the view!!! We will definitely stay here again

Amazing!

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment was clean and very nice. View amazing! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Loved this room. We had all the things you need to go to the beach - we were only missing a tent, but our friend brought one. Honestly, we didn't expect to find so many nice things for the beach in the storage room (umbrella, chairs, blankets, sand toys, ice chest). The beach was very quiet and empty - we liked that a lot. There were lots of fish in the water. The pool area was also very nice - we missed the shade a bit, but you could put your chair in the shade from the building. The pool is fairly large and deep. It was adequate for our kids (9 and 13). There were nice stores and restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very helpful and nice. All in all, I highly recommend staying in this apartment. It is exceptional.

Wonderful!

There is no better place to be but on the ocean when you’re in Florida! We enjoyed picture perfect views from every room, everything was so clean and lovely, and very quiet. We hope to come back next year! Vicky was wonderful with communication, even checking in with us when we arrived.

This condo had everything we needed, was clean, modern, and well furnished, and had outstanding Gulf views. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect beach getaway

We had a great experience. Property is exactly as listed. Very clean and well stocked with everything that we could ever need! Vicki was very helpful and checked in with me to make sure our check-in process went well. We definitely would stay here again!!

Sand Key Paradise

We have rented several condos at LHT over the last six years and this one was our best overall experience. The accommodations were excellent, well equipped, VERY CLEAN and comfortable. We loved it! The views of the gulf and causeway from the 7th floor are stunning! LHT is perfectly located with great restaurants and shopping opportunities just steps away. Vicky and Scott were great to work with and wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this condo as the centerpiece for an amazing Sand Key beach vacation.

Property was as pictured. Absolutely gorgeous and clean. So well stocked we hardly had to have anything except clothes and groceries. Communication with owner was fantastic. Views were breathtaking from the kitchen of the inner coastal and out the back of the Gulf. Highly highly highly recommend this property

Amazing Property Better Than the Pictures!!!

We loved our stay here; the place is as it appears in the pictures - completely updated, clean and fresh! We’ve been coming to the Clearwater area for over a decade; the beach in front of the condo is perfect if you prefer less of a crowd and a nice spot to relax at! Also, Vicky and Scott are AMAZING people - they called to check to ensure everything was as suspected and were so kind to speak with. We definitely recommend and will be back again!

Amazing Beach Vacation

My family had an amazing two weeks at this condo. Plenty of space for a family. This condo is exactly as pictured. In fact, there is brand new carpet in bedrooms(which was super comfortable on our feet) as well as a brand new recliner and a brand new sleeper sofa(which our daughter loved). Plenty of kitchen items, towels, anything you can think of for the beach is located in the storage locker. Also, fans in each room to use if needed! Communication with Vicky and Scott was EXCELLENT! We already plan to return next summer!

Quiet paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Vicky answered all questions and was very helpful. If we return to Clearwater would love to stay here again.

100% perfection

This condo is spectacular. The location is perfect -- close enough to see Clearwater Beach in the distance, but far enough that you don't have the crowds, rowdiness or hassle. The beach in front of this building was never crowded, even during Spring Break. It felt like we were on a private island! There are excellent restaurants nearby; we walked to Columbia, just two blocks away, several times. Just a mile or two south are many good restaurants in the busier Indian Rocks area, too. Vicky and Scott have furnished this unit superbly. There wasn't one thing we thought "Oh, I wish it had THIS" -- well, other than wishing there were chip bag clips, because I forgot mine! :) The master bed is so comfortable, with lovely linens. There are plenty of plush towels, and all of the starter items you need for a month there: toilet paper, laundry and dish soap, coffee pods, basic spices and kitchen utensils, good cookware, etc. The appliances are very nice, too. We loved seeing the bay out of the kitchen window, and the stunning Gulf out of the master and living room. The Gulf is the star of this show! Crystal-white beach, aquamarine and blue water, white sailboats, colorful kites. We worked during the trip, and while it was hard at times not to be on the beach, we were consoled by being able to stare at it while on Zoom calls. (The WiFi was strong and held up to heavy use, too!) Vicky and Scott were super-friendly and responsive. The communication leading up to the visit was the best I've ever seen on a vacation rental experience; Vicky answered our questions (Where could we store our bikes? Are our kayaks OK on top of the car?) and then some. The unit has bike storage downstairs, and right next to the condo is a storage closet for beach stuff -- they have chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers and everything else you'd need for beach days. I simply can't say enough good things about this condo, although I'm tempted not to, because I want to be able to rent it again! In fact, we've already looked for another month this year. You simply can't go wrong renting this condo!

Just book it!!!

This place was absolutely perfect. Exactly as advertised. Just enough Decour to be pretty but not overwhelming. Everything was pristine and spotless up on arrival. The kitchen has everything you will need and not just an odd assortment of garage sale items. There are matching plates, matching cups, etc. plenty of beach towels and also plenty of bath towels. There is a storage unit that the owner allows access to with beach chairs and umbrellas and everything you need. The furniture is not cheap futon style or cloth furniture so as you are worried about what might have stained it or something like that. It’s all very nice leather furniture and everything was very neat and clean. The location was fantastic for us. You basically turn One Direction and you are a very short drive to Clearwater and if you turn the other direction you are a very short drive to Saint Pete Beach. Directly across the street is a wonderful shopping center with some very well hidden treasures for food that we would not have ever found had the owner not told us about it so we were so thankful for that. The best part was the beach is basically your own private beach. This is important during this time of social distancing so if you are looking to get away and have a great view but still want to sit on the beach but want to be responsible and social distance than this is the perfect place for you. Oh, also you get water view from every angle of this condo. Out one bedroom and the kitchen is the Bayside and out the living room and master bedroom is the golf side so no matter where you are it’s absolutely beautiful. Hey seriously cannot go wrong booking this place any owners were most helpful and everything is exactly as pictured online.

Beautiful condo and beach.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The sunsets were awesome. The location was very convenient to just about everywhere you would want to go. Only negative was the hot tub was not working the first week, but was fixed for the second week.

We've always loved Sand Key and jumped at the chance to own a unit in beautifully maintained Lighthouse Towers. We love experiencing water views from all of the windows!

Lighthouse Towers is beautifully maintained with on-premises management and security. It has some of the best views in Tampa area--gulf from the back and waterway from the front! The 7th floor provides a great combination of beach, water, and sky. Additionally, our beach is very large and quiet, but reasonably close to the action.

VIEWS! Lighthouse Towers is one of two properties on Sand Key with direct beachfront views from Family Room and Master Bedroom, as well as waterway views from Kitchen and Guest Bedroom. Gorgeous!
