Direct Beachfront 2 Story Home-2 Week Minimum

Directamente en la playa, casa de pueblo de 2 pisos frente a la playa. A solo unos pasos de la playa de arena blanca. Vecindario tranquilo y con poca gente con solo 5 unidades en nuestro complejo. La sala familiar, el comedor y la cocina tienen una vista directa del océano e incluyen una gran TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. La habitación familiar se abre a un patio privado, a pocos pasos de la playa. El patio de la cocina también se encuentra en la playa y se comparte con la unidad de al lado. Las características de la cocina extra grande y cómoda, asientos de ventana grande para entretener o relajarse. Un montón de espacio en el mostrador, nevera grande, lavavajillas y microondas. Se completa con todos los platos, cristalería, ollas y sartenes, licuadora, cafetera, tostadora y todos los utensilios de cocina que necesite. Junto a la cocina hay una despensa con lavadora y secadora.
El dormitorio de la planta baja tiene 2 camas individuales y baño completo.
El loft de arriba tiene una cama de día con vistas al océano. El dormitorio principal está al lado del altillo y tiene una cama king, asientos adicionales, TV, todas con vistas al océano. Baño extra grande ¡Imagínate ir a la cama y escuchar las olas del océano por la noche!
Los 2 patios dan al agua con amplios muebles de patio y parrilla de carbón. Nuestra gran piscina climatizada se comparte con solo otras 4 casas y es un gran lugar para relajarse o entretenerse.
Se proporcionan todas las sábanas (sábanas, almohadas, mantas, toallas de baño y de playa). También tenemos 1 espacio de estacionamiento privado que se adapta a 2 autos.
Creo que nuestra casa tiene todas las comodidades que necesita para relajarse y disfrutar. ¡Solo trae tu traje de baño!

Excellent Beach Vacation

We enjoyed every moment of our time on the beach just outside the townhome. Warm water, great sand, uncrowded, lots of sand dollars and other shells and creatures to uncover in the gradual water entry and light waves. We even had a manatee and a dolphin swim past us! The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the floorplan allowed for both time together and time apart. The sand berm also provided privacy while out on the patio and we sat upstairs on the deck to watch the ocean from the house. The central location was great for our outings to Clearwater Beach, night kayaking, deep sea fishing, shopping and ice cream in Dunedin, boating and snorkeling at Caladesi Island. We made the easy drive to Belleaire Bluffs for groceries. The owners were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home for a beach vacation.

On the beach

Everything was great. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was helpful and answered questions quickly. The city/county has recently built up a sand burm for protection of the houses from storm surges. This unfortunately has taken away the gulf view from the patio, but that was okay. Didn’t bother us at all. Walking back up from the beach to the house was a gentle chore, but manageable. The house is very close to the beach. We met some fabulous neighbors and their kids, that made our week with our 6 yr old and a 3 yr old easily enjoyed. So much fun was had at the beach, the pool, and playing in the grassy yard. This is a residential neighborhood, so we had to drive to restaurants and grocery, but again, no problem to us. Spacious comfortable home. Thank you!!

The Perfect Week

We found the location to be perfect in every way. We were close enough to enjoy what Clearwater had to offer but far enough away to have a very private setting. Highly recommend 10 steps to the Beach.

Location excellent. Property while dated offered convenient parking, Well maintained pool just outside the front of the unit and the Gulf just outside the large glass French doors at the back of the unit. Large comfortable living room with excellent large TV.

10 steps to the beach.

The house was perfect for a family vacation on the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to use. The pool was very nice and heated. The beds were very comfortable. the house had plenty of room for our 5 adults and one 2 year old. The location was perfect to go to Clearwater or Madeira. We would rent this house again!

Cozy Beach Home!

We loved our stay! The home is exactly as described and pictured. Super cozy and functional, and really couldn’t be closer to the beach! I think we counted 10 steps from back patio to sand! The owner was as helpful as you could hope for and great to work with. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids) which felt about the perfect size for this home. We would happily return and would also highly recommend this property to others. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home and the Thanksgiving week memories our family will never forget!

Great location

This property is located right on The beach with amazing views. It’s a large home with plenty of space for our family of 6. It was extremely convenient having access to the owners beach chairs and toys, we learned to play spike ball and had a blast with the kids. The kitchen was also well equipped. I highly recommend!

Feet from the Beach

My sisters and I had a fabulous time at the townhouse. I chose Belleair Beach because the properties are so close to the water, the neighborhood is safe, and there are great restaurants close by. There is much less of a touristy vibe. The condo was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. This property is the closest that I have stayed to the waterline which made the cost easier to justify. It was fabulous. After dinner, we would sit on the patio, just a few meters from the water, and watch the beautiful sunset. You could hear the ocean roaring and feel the fabulous breeze. Between the patio doors and the sand was a beautiful buffer of green grass. It was so nice not to have to walk through a nasty parking garage or over a parking lot to get to the beach. The ocean was just steps away from the sliding glass doors.

Excellent vacation spot!

This proximity of this property to the beach and water is, literally, unbeatable, and I've rented quite a few "beachfront" properties over the years. If your favorite thing is the beach, then this is the rental! It was also ideal for my husband, myself, our eldest, their spouse, and almost 2 year old, to share, as there was "their" bedroom & full bathroom on the first floor at one end of the house, and "our" bedroom and en suite bathroom on the 2nd floor at the other end of the house. Definitely gave a nice separation for nap time & sleeping. The common areas are comfortable, spacious and light.....the cathedral ceilinged living room with the loft is just lovely. It was super well stocked with pretty much everything we needed or could want........boogie boards, toys, paper goods, coffee supplies, sunscreen, etc. Watching the sunsets from the 2nd floor balcony every evening was amazing!! The A/C worked well, and the ceiling fans were a great option, allowing us to keep the A/C turned off in most of the house for much of the time. The host texted us on the first evening to check-in on our safe arrival, and to see if we had any questions, and was readily available and responsive throughout our stay for any communication. The general area was quite busy, with lot of traffic, and the beach had more people than expected, but it was late March, and at the end of spring break. The shared pool is great, also, for a quiet dip. Fantastic place! No reason to hesitate. I could go on.....

Excellent location! Very comfortable.

This condo could not be better situated--RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The sound of the waves was a constant symphony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well outfitted, the AC and fans worked well. The owners (I think) are improving the property bit-by-bit, and there is a new washer/dryer, fridge, and dishwasher. The spiral staircase to get upstairs was not a problem for us, but I can imagine for older folks it may be a bit tough. Clearwater is close, as is Indian Rocks. I highly recommend this condo.

Location location location

The townhouse was located right on the beach just as the pictures showed. It was bigger than it seemed in the photos and that was a nice surprise. The 5 of us were very comfortable there. It was well appointed with beach games, towels, chairs and even sunscreen. There was also a welcome gift of cheese/crackers and Prosecco when we arrived as well as a few snacks. The units on either side of us had separate entrances, decks and patios. A lovely home for our family holiday!

Belleair Beach

We had a great stay right on the beach! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners called and texted us a couple times to check on us and to give us answers if we asked about something.

Great vacation on the Beach

Our stay was AMAZING. Friendly neighbors and great host. You’re on the beach and so east to come in and out with kids. We loved the convenience of everything and the house was a great beach house for the whole family. We will be back!

Great beach access!

This house sat perfectly on the beach! Just steps out the back door was the ocean. It was convenient and extremely amazing to have the private beach access! The owners were communicating to us on day 1 ensuring that we had everything we needed. Our family had a very relaxing and lovely week staying at this property!
