Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ Availability of one covered designated parking spot. Visitor parking is limited to 48 hours, with overflow parking available on the side street. Please note that trailers and cargo vans are not permitted in guest parking areas.

Located in the Camelback East area of Phoenix, this apartment offers a convenient balance between accessibility and relaxation. Guests can easily reach popular destinations like Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, and Downtown Phoenix, all just a short drive away.
The neighborhood features a variety of local eateries, cafes, and shopping spots, giving guests plenty of nearby options to explore without going far. It’s also close to Camelback Mountain and several parks, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking to hike or enjoy scenic desert views.
While the surrounding area has a more modest, lived-in feel, the community itself remains peaceful, safe, and well-connected, making it ideal for both short business stays and longer getaways.
Getting Around:
➜ Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport – approx. 8 minutes away by car.
➜ Car rentals or rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are the most convenient way to explore nearby attractions.
➜ Public buses run along nearby routes connecting to downtown Phoenix and Tempe.
➜ Biking and walking are easy within the community and for nearby essentials.
➜ Freeway access (Loop 202 and AZ-143) makes it simple to reach Scottsdale, Tempe, and the airport within minutes.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
