Former Hotel Parisi studio hotel suite located one-half block from the famed La Valencia Hotel whose rates START at ~ $500 per night for smaller non-view room without parking. Minimum 30 day stay. Available March 15 thru April 30. Potential long term starting May 1.
Only a short walk to Scripps Park and La Jolla Cove. Just off Prospect Street on Herschel. Third floor Penthouse with large private ocean view patio. Almost 500 square feet! Beautiful building entrance. Elevator. Gorgeous large skylight foyer leads to second semi-private foyer and entrance to this unit. Exceedingly private and secure. Quiet. Airconditioned. Huge master bath with separate shower and tub. Large closet with built in safe. Furnished including linens. LED lighting. Custom light fixtures. Newly installed 75" TV. King size bed featuring Tempurpedic mattress. Microwave and new apartment size refrigerator. There is no kitchen but scores of restaurants within a block. Rent includes all services including utilities, internet and one parking space.
