A spacious beamed living room and large fully fitted kitchen give access to a generous terrace with sweeping views of the valley in front and the mountains beyond. A separate dining room and further terrace allows for ample dining. Although the house appears traditional, with its classic shuttered windows and wooden French doors - opening onto three tiers of terracing overlooking landscaped grounds - Villa Les Delices offers all the modern conveniences you could hope for: a side by side fridge and freezer; microwave; two televisions and Sonos sound system and air conditioning in each bedroom. Surrounded by attractive hedging and mature landscaping the sun-drenched pool and fitted pool house - with fridge, sink and staging area - complete the extensive property. We are 25 minutes from the Nice airport. Cannes is 15 minutes away, Monte Carlo is 45 minutes and Italy is an hour. There are wonderful perched villages to visit nearby, that have been home to Renoir, Matisse, Chagall and Picasso to name only a few. There are numerous golf courses, tennis courts, wonderful restaurants and incredible shopping within minutes of the house.

With several eating terraces and far dramatic views the grounds feel extensive and very private.

All the linens are included and abundant. We include our housekeeper once a week. All the outdoor areas have appropriate furniture. We also provide a complementary one-way pick up and transfer for up to four people from either Nice airport or Nice train station .

The house is situated in the exclusive Val de Curette Domian, which is private and gated. Our property is fully fenced and gated. It is walking distance to the old village and only minutes by car. The village has two large car parks so parking is easy. There is a beautiful square in the village with several restaurants and on Fridays there is a typical provencal market. It is an active village but it is not a tourist village teaming with people. There are many evenings that have music in the square. There is also a movie theater and event space featuring French and English films and an upscale orchestra.

Mougin is 8 minutes away with its many award winning restaurants. The famous walled town of Saint Paul de Vance with its many restaurants and historic center is 30 minutes away.

The property is 20 minutes from Cannes with its shopping, restaurants and, most importantly the beach clubs open to the public. You can enjoy a day at the beach with beach beds, waiter service and a restaurant.
