The FREE KC Streetcar is only a 6-min drive or 15-minute walk to the east side of the Country Club Plaza.

Quiet, tree-lined, walkable historic area with a mix of quaint and luxury homes, local restaurants, shops, and a strong community feel provide a perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to Kansas City's best.
RULES
* No smoking of any kind on the property
* No parties, gatherings, events (violation results in immediate departure and a $2,000 fine)
* Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
* Please be respectful to neighbors, no blocking driveways
* Lawn maintenance is included and handled by our team. You will receive 24-hour advance notice of any scheduled service, but your permission or involvement is not required.
* Trash and recycling bins must be at curb by 7 am Monday and brought in by 7 pm Monday - setting out Sunday evening is encouraged. If you prefer weekly Curb Set-Out & Bring-In Service, it can be added for a monthly fee of $100.
* Pet fee is per pet.
* Local KC metro residents: Message first for pre-approval (I generally do not host local guests)
* Check in: 4:00 pm, Check out: 10:00 am.
