The home was a wonderful place to stay. Check-in was easy. Communication with the host was fast and efficient. The host was very helpful and provided all of the information we needed. The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group to rest and relax. We loved staying here and recommend the home to future guests.

Adequate housing for our family group

My overall impression is that the house is adequate. Lots of room for sleeping and gathering for games. Plenty of kitchen supplies, though we ate out most of the time. Newer appliances. Our only complaint was that a house that sleeps 12, has a small coffee pot for 2 cups. Quiet area and easy to get to. The furnishings are plenty and adequate, nothing overly fancy. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. We especially liked the 2.5 baths as we had 10 people staying. Would have been nice to have a 3rd shower, but we survived. Rooms and gathering areas were great for the price.

We had to wait for the house to cool down which took a day and a half. That was the biggest drawback.

Great stay. Decent location from Kansas City.

The only things we had to supply were kitchen rags/hand towels and we bought a broom before we figured out the broom was in the garage. The lawn looked like it hadn't been mowed in a couple weeks and they didn't do a GREAT job when the company finally came to do it so we didn't really get to enjoy the backyard like we thought. But overall, can't complain too much. The house served its purpose for us!

Overland Park house - close to highway

The location was good - close to the highway. The layout of the house was great for a medium sized group. We had three adults and six kids and everyone had a place to sleep. Boris was great to work with and responsive. The house was run down and was not very clean. The pictures are beautiful, and we were a little surprised about the condition of the house. The floors were grimy, thick dust under the beds, the dishes all smelled. We made do and just did some cleaning while we were there.

Comfortable house

It worked well for us. Perfect sleeping arrangement for our group. Lots of short flights of stairs. Nice furniture, but the house was dated. Still had what appeared to be used towels hanging around. Would suggest that hand towel holders be installed in bathrooms. Price was not to bad, but the fees seemed high.We had no communication with owner. Nothing against the owner, but I don't like having to set up log in and not having a phone number to call.

Great weekend stay for soccer tournament

thanksgiving weekend visit

we came from chicago for thanksgiving with family to visit family that lives in Overland Park. a house was in a nice quiet neighborhood near shopping.the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
