Enjoyed my stay there. The balcony was overlooking a roof and there was a ocean view but in my opinion wasnt the best location but everything was great. I didnt have any issues with my stay.

Excellent location. Had two full beds. Was supposed to be two queen beds. Some mold in unit. Host was always available.

The resort is great. I have stayed at this resort twice before this visit and made reservations through the resort for those stays. I could not get one via the resort this time and I found this one through VRBO. The paperwork I had to do for this visit was terrible. I felt like I had to jump through hoops to get this reservation. We stayed for 6 nights and only got two towels and two washcloths per person and was told I'd have to pay a fee for more. I had to take the trash out of the room myself. Will not go through this again.

Check in was difficult we have always just had to show our ID to get access. Room needs to be updated found 2 small roaches. Mattress need to be upgraded.

This room is perfect for a couple. It was all we needed! Full size fridge was great also. So many pillows which I love on a hotel bed! Room 233 was very clean when we came in and it smelled wonderful. No stray hairs or sand. A few MINOR issues that I contacted Big Fish Rentals about but nothing that would effect me staying again. Check in was very smooth just make sure to read all fine prints about amenity fees that will be charged at check in. Overall 9/10 and would absolutely stay again! Also will add that Julie at Big Fish Rentals was quick to answer my messages and answer any questions we had.

Way way way too many texts from the rental company. Seen bugs everyday I was there. The rental company called HOA but whatever they did was not effective. The Sands hotel it self is so run down. Beds were supposed to be queen but they were very small for a queen. Would never stay at the sands again!

Horrible communication with the rental company .. room has black mold on the ceiling and rental company offered no remediation… only concerned with trying to change extra feels for early and late check out .., had to sleep with the patio door open to avoid respiratory issues from the mold .. the property SHOULD be marked as“ not rentable “In its present condition .., considering calling the health dept on Monday

Had some bugs in the bathroom but with the moisture in the building from the pool areas that is probably a different situation to control. I brought this to the owners attention and apologized for it.
