This private residence offers tree-lined streets, walkable parks, a golf course, and great restaurants. Enjoy a peaceful retreat with easy access to LA’s top attractions!
The space
A Luxurious Family Retreat in the Heart of Los Angeles
We are renting our primary residence for two months this summer, offering a spacious, private, and family-friendly oasis in one of LA’s most desirable neighborhoods—Cheviot Hills.
The Home
This bright, modern home is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and family comfort. With open living spaces, a fully enclosed yard, and multiple areas to unwind, it feels like your own private park or mini soccer field.
Inside, the home features high-end furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, and Italian designers. The first floor includes:
A large family room with a cozy fireplace
A private dining room
A bright, open kitchen leading to a living/playroom with a flat-screen TV
A guest room with an en suite bathroom
A bedroom-turned-office, could be used as both. Inflatable bed is available.
A powder room.
The second floor offers:
Three additional bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms
A charming nursery, ideal for families with young children
A convenient, well-equipped laundry room
Outdoor Spaces
This home truly shines outdoors. The intimate backyard features a modern heated pool, stylish lounge furniture, a fire pit, and a dining area for al fresco meals. The front yard, completely enclosed by tall ficus trees and a locked gate, offers privacy and security, making it perfect for children to play safely. An additional patio with a water feature and a second-floor balcony with scenic views provide even more spaces to relax.

Nestled in the heart of Cheviot Hills, this home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, rolling hills, and beautifully landscaped homes. Unlike LA’s typical grid layout, Cheviot Hills boasts charming, winding roads, adding to its unique appeal.
Prime Location Highlights:
5 minutes to Century City (Westfield Mall, business district)
10 minutes to Beverly Hills (world-class dining, shopping, Rodeo Drive)
15 minutes to Santa Monica & Venice Beach (coastlines, boardwalks, entertainment)
20 minutes to LAX (easy airport access)

Guest access
Entire property is accessible.
A vehicle will be parked in the garage, but guest can use items in there such as scooters, bodyboards, surf or paddle boards etc.
Other things to note
We have 2 toddlers and a 12-year old so the house is safe for families with kids. The pool can be fenced off if necessary. The nursery offers convenience for guests with small kids. Plenty of toys will be available.
The property is completely private, surrounded by tall tree hedges all around and locked gate. This offers a high degree of security and piece of mind for guests. It is also equipped security system and 24/7 monitoring.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight Additional visitors need to be cleared with the owners.
This family neighborhood is not suited for loud parties. Please do not disturb neighbors with excessive noise. Quite hours are 9pm-8am.
Our cleaners will be available upon request during your stay for additional fee to be paid directly to them.
Pool: Pool can be heated. Pool is maintained on Wednesdays.
Gardener comes on Thursdays.
