Perfect location with gorgeous sunset views! All the amenities you need for a fabulous stay. Decorated in beach themes which added to the atmosphere. The garage parking was a huge plus.

Spring Break Stay

Great property! We loved the location, watched dolphins every morning from the balcony in late March. Well stocked with beach gear and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay on Ocean Front was nice. The property is in a perfect location! The bed was comfortable, the towels/linens were of great quality. However, the property needs attention. I have been in the second home business for over 40 yrs, I speak with authority. It’s important to upkeep all aspects of a rental. The master bathroom has a “wow” factor but the cabinets are tired and need updating. The furniture is in good shape. The appliances and supplies are fine, counters are beautiful . Cabinets are in desperate need of refacing/replacing. Some floor planks throughout the unit need replacing. The #1 priority is cleanliness. All baseboards, floor corners, window sills, blinds, window panes, door panels, and ledges need a “deep cleaning. Safety needs to be top priority: an outlet was hanging with wires exposed right next to the bunk bed and an outlet in bath was pulling away from the wall whenever an electrical plug was removed. The water filter in refrigerator needs replacing. We found a new filter under the sink. It hadn’t been replaced in over a year.The management company needs to maintain the entry ways and decks (floors, ceilings and windows) fix the loud, awful noise of the screen door. There is absolutely no excuse for every ocean facing window to not be clean and clear before guests arrive. Providing coffee and tissue is expected along with basic toiletries. It was a disappointment there wasn’t a bar-b-q grill as advertised.

The kitchen facilities are excellent, even though we didn't really use them for cooking. The living room, bedroom and bathrooms were all good and provided a comfortable stay. I was disappointed that there was no BBQ, as advertised and visible in photos. Also, the curtains in the living room need to be repaired. Some of the curtain panels are missing. Having said that, my wife and I stay in Newport Beach or Mission Beach for one or two weeks a year. I grew up in Long Beach and have to return to the beach to put my toes in the sand at least once a year. This was the nicest place we have stayed and will return. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, on the beach, amusement, shopping at Ralph's or CVS, or driving to other recreational experiences. I am happy to recommend staying here.

Mission beach condo

The condo is very nice, located between lifeguard stations 18-19. The condo is convenient, close to eating places and grocery stores. We hope to stay again in the future.

Family beach escape

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying at the beach! The location of this condo can’t be beat. The second floor balcony is great for privacy and the view is awesome. Inside the condo was clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back again!

Fantastic place

This was a great place for my family (wife and I and a 3 year old). The location is great as it’s right in between Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. Due to this the beach is not crowded in front of the unit. Only people there are ones staying in that area. The place itself was perfect for our family. This is definitely a place we would be willing to stay at again!

San Diego Getaway

We throughly enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we need. Master bathroom remodel was spot on! Kids enjoyed the bunk beds, kitchen was perfect size for making meals. Being able to walk across the boardwalk to the beach and to local restaurants was very convenient. Looking forward to staying here again.

Love this property!

The property is exactly like the pictures. The Master bathroom is amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The view was exactly what I wanted and the kitchen had everything we needed! I also loved having a garage to keep our bikes and beach toys. We will be back!

Great location, and Great Stay!

The unit is perfect, 2nd floor right overlooking the boardwalk. Very clean and updated place, with more than enough room for the 3 of us. The bbq grill on the patio was very convenient, we used it just about every night, and sat on the patio watching the sunset. Within walking distance to everything, especially Olive Cafe for breakfast. Thank you! We will be back!

Perfect location for a Family vacation

While it was just my husband, daughter, and myself, the condo provide enough room and comfort for even an additional person. The updated bathrooms are nice. The balcony overlooking the ocean is were we spent most of our time. The location offers great shopping and dining within walking distance. We never use our vehicle until it was time to leave.
