Nestled in Corpus Christi, this excellent non-smoking condo offers a serene retreat for guests. With one cozy bedroom and a nice living room featuring two sofa beds, there’s plenty of space to relax or host friends. The unit stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. Guests can freshen up with essentials like a hair dryer, iron, own washer, dryer, full kitchen, making it easy to feel right at home. If you wanna stay in a smart television and indoor temperature controlled pool will make your stay grand. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this condo provides a peaceful setting. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. We enjoy the creature comforts and we love sharing them even more!! Oh, did I mention the resort has one of the few indoor temperature controlled pools in CC.

Very cozy, nice view from the balcony, and overall amazing price! The pool was so refreshing, and it was very convenient being close to restaurants and stores! Plenty of appliances for cooking, plenty of towels for when we went to the beach, and plenty of bed/couches if you wanted to bring your family and friends! There was also good parking around the condos. Overall great location and great vibes!

Very small but extremely well kitted out for a beach condo rental. Lots of amenities- coffee, laundry detergent, bathroom soap/shampoo, dehumidifier. Everything worked great and the location is excellent. Thank you!

This condo is exactly as it is described online. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. It had everything my family of 4 needed. Our kids loved the indoor heated pool.

We just spent four nights here and feel the accommodations were in line based on the price point. The host provided everything we needed and was responsive when we had questions. The complex is dated and the common areas need attention but the condo itself was cute! It was clean and the a/c worked well. The beds were comfortable and we saw no bugs. That’s a win in my book. We didn’t use the pools but they looked clean and families were having fun. I was grateful for the elevator too!

Was not as described. Lots of info for what we had to do while there. Nothing to tell you how TV work (4 different remotes). Shower did not operate smoothly or drain well and was no bigger than a broom closet. Signed up for a 2 bedroom got a 1 room period. No place to sit in a chair. Stairs to second floor were almost vertical. This is hard on older people with any mobility issue. Condo updated but still showing its age. For what we paid most hotel would have been double in size and much User friendly.

Thereafter, all of your disapprovals are in the description and pictures, such as size, elevator availability, and creature comforts. Cleanliness, guests' needs, and maintaining the beach vibe are some of the focal points important to us. 🏖

We received a 111 credit making our final payment very reasonable and the communication with the owners was very good. The price was the main reason i gave the unit 2 stars as opposed to 1. There were some issues with the unit. The efficiency unit was very crowded and the bathroom and closet were all one big room. The biggest drawback was a humidifier in the bathroom. There were signs instructing us to empty the humidifier every 4 hours and upon arrival I emptied the humidifier (spilling a little) and I turned the unit back on. Two hours later we came back from the beach and the humidifier had heated up the bathroom so much that it was working against the A/C unit. There was some water in it again, so I emptied it, but never used it again. The unit was very humid probably because the condo complex has an indoor swimming pool. The owners may want to rethink the humidifier and the layout of the unit. The fitness room was very hot and humid.

Dehumidifiers are emptied when the bucket is full and guests adjust it to their personal preference. Same goes for the air conditioner unit. Sounds like it was a hot weekend in CC. 🏖

Very clean and cozy! The building itself is a bit off putting but once you sent foot in the actual condo, it's so precious! I really enjoyed it! Didn't see any critter's, anything dirty! Worse the booking!
