It is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of the KLABAUTERMANN 3 residential and commercial building, which houses only quiet businesses (rental agency, offices, shops), and practically towers over the entire OstseeResort like a small house!

The interior of this extraordinary harbor apartment, featuring a living, dining, and kitchen area (approx. 31 sqm), a small balcony (2 x 2 m), a hallway with a desk area, one bedroom, and a bathroom—plenty of space to feel right at home immediately. The open ceilings, some of which rise up to 4 m to the roof ridge, give the space a charm all its own! A small infrared sauna is also available! A sleeper sofa in the living area is available for the third and fourth guests.

What makes this place special, however, is not only the unique view but also, in particular, its location right on the harbor promenade of the beautiful and newly developing marina—the main attraction of the entire vacation resort. This apartment, combined with the slightly smaller 50-square-meter, 2-room harbor apartment “Reeders Nest by Seeblick Ferien ORO,” is also perfectly suited for an extended family or two couples/small families who want to vacation together but stay separately: Located in the same building, just on two different floors, these two apartments together offer space for up to 8 people—while still providing the necessary privacy!

For your convenience, we offer the option to book bed linens and towels in the form of linen packages directly through the Seeblick Ferien ORO agency. The cost is approximately 24 € per person. If you book these linen packages, your beds will already be made upon your arrival.
