The Space:

Bright and fun from beginning to end, this beach condo is ready to welcome you to your sunny Miramar Beach adventure. Make your way past the pool area and you'll find the beach right across the street - but you can relax in the central air-conditioning until you're ready to go. You'll be able to enjoy ocean views from your private furnished balcony and a vista of the neighborhood and the shared pool! You'll enjoy access to that shared pool throughout your stay. Beyond time at the beach, you can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over three miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo.



Park in your covered ground-level space and take the elevator up to the condo where the private washer/dryer will take care of your swimsuits. Cook a tasty dinner in the full kitchen, all set up with a tile floor to keep toes cool. You'll have a lot of appliances to help with your project, from a dishwasher to frying pans to an electric can opener. Enjoy food together at the breakfast bar, in the dining area, or out on the balcony. When it's time to wind down, the bright main bedroom features extra seating and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Younger guests will love staying up and chatting in the bunk bed built into the wall.

THINGS TO KNOW

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Great location of the room, it overlooks the pool and you can see the beach across the street. However room is a little outdated especially the carpet. Construction was going on during our stay which caused us to switch resorts. At the time of booking I was not made aware of the construction. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

This condo was everything it said it was. Close walk to the beach. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious. The pools were nice. Property was in a nice safe area in gated community. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fall Break 2021

Condo was very nice and had all the conveniences of home. We were unaware of the construction limiting the beach access across the street, but the alternate access was also suitable. We have stayed at this complex many times and still enjoy the pools and grounds. Still a great place to stay.

Perfect for attending Moon Crush festivals. We did have one major issue. The unit next to ours was being worked on. The workman was operating a Cherrypicker and it made a loud beeping noise while in use (most daytime hours) during our stayVery Annoying!

Home Away From Home

The condo was very clean. The grounds were great and provided a gated community with security. The pools were nice and clean. We had to call the management company twice. The first time was because we couldn’t get into the condo with the code we were given. Both times we spoke to a real person within minutes. Both times they were very helpful! We love the space of the condo. It’s perfect for a week at the beach.

Great location

As a family of 4, we enjoyed having plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped like usual on vacations. The view was perfect and the walk to the beach was short. The properties pools were very clean and lots of space for larger parties. The only downfall was the maintaining of the property. The walls were dirty as if they were not cleaned for a very long time and none of the interior doors locked properly. However, the management office was extremely quick to call back with questions we had concerning our stay.

The condo was roomy and clean! It had a great view and location. A few issues...we weren’t given a gate code(or if we were, I didn’t see it). Your customer service was great tho! The gate code to beach access changed after 2 days and we weren’t notified of that and the ceiling fan in the bedroom is about to spin out of the ceiling. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it!!

Amalfie Coast 2021

This property “Splish Splash” is our family favorite now . We love the view and easy access to the ocean . We do bring supplies and food with us , so we were not lacking anything inside the house . More chairs and an umbrella in the pool would be really nice . Yes , you get free beach credit which we DO take advantage of , but a few more chairs in the pool area and at least one umbrella would be nice . That summer sun is beating directly on us, a little relief in the pool would be helpful, the umbrella we bring ourselves gets the beach !

Great condo but needs updating

It was a great condo and we had a great time but it just needs to be updated. Washer and dryer are too small and old , need better comforter for the king bed and carpet needs to be changed. Kitchen appliances need to be updated as well. It was a great week though!

Perfect view

The Amalfi has a beautiful view of the ocean, while many places the view is blocked by other condos. The property is kept in great. Our condo was clean and well stocked. The only think I would add is on the website it is stated no RV's in parking lot. Our RV was small enough it took up no more space than a car and yet I was asked to move it. After driving 2000 miles to get there it was extremely disappointing. We were able to work around with the help of a very kind woman in the rental office.

NEEDS NEW CARPET

This is the fourth time in 10 years we’ve stayed at this property. These items need fixing!!!! THE CARPET IS FILTHY, OLD AND DISGUSTING. THE COLD AND HOT WATER ON THE WASHING MACHINE IS HOOKED UP IMPROPERLY and RUINED my clothes!!!!! IT’S ONLY HOT WATER!!!!!! THE NEW MATTRESS IS HARD AS A ROCK!!!!! Everything else was lovely.
