The Space:

All aboard this fantastic Fort Walton Beach home with resort attractions and private beach access. The sunny and spacious studio is ideal for anglers in search of marlins or a couple's hideaway in The Sunshine State.



The second-floor condo is located in Pirates Bay, a marina resort overlooking the beautiful Inter-Coastal Waterway.



The condo is modern and well designed, offering a sleek vacation space. The living area boasts a large sofa bed and eclectic wicker accent pieces. Media entertainment includes cable TV and WiFi. Sliding glass doors provide great natural lighting and offer tropical views from the balcony. The balcony combines the best of both worlds, overlooking the pool, marina, and fishing pier along the sound.



The 325-square-foot studio features a kitchenette with all the essentials: two electric burners, a mini-fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Fry up quick fajitas and serve your guests on the collapsible wood dining table, or head to the community charcoal grills.



The community patio is ideal for barbecues and sunbathing, with lounge furniture and palm tree-lined pathways. Luxury resort amenities include two pools, a private beach, and a picnic area. Good cheap base camp

Worked well with proximity to beach and dining. Property was nice and pool was great for the kids after a day at the beach. WiFi was inconsistent though. Small but adequate room for a family of 4.

Nice and quiet area, awesome Bay view, nice big pool. Room was good better suited for a couple as there was not much sitting room for a family of four.

My Husband swept me away to Ft. Walton/Destin to celebrate my birthday. This room was very peaceful. The energy of the room was a safe haven. I would recommend bringing your own linens, but the room was clean and the view was great!

Very nice!

Very nice efficiency. Well maintained and with a good view. The accompanying slip was a bit narrow (about 10 feet) -- fine for a trailered boat, but too narrow anything wider. The property is on the Intracoastal Waterway, not in a no wake zone, so bring fenders. Wonderful location to enjoy the water.

Good Anniversary Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in unit B206 ! Great views , nice pool , the marina is just beautiful and the unit is in close proximity to destin which is our" go to". The unit was nicely decorated , furnished with your basic necessities, clean and super cozy but it needs some updating such as the couch ( it's not very comfortable and definitely wore out ) and the cook top definitely needs an upgrade . Lastly we only had three sets of towels and washcloths which was disappointing due to staying two nights?? Other than that we were pleased!!! Thanks for the stay!

Reeked of stale smoke

The bathroom has been redone and it's beautiful. The unit was clean. The view is nice. The room and furniture reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I made sure before we came that it was no smoking but apparently not. I couldn't stay the last night we had booked.

Good for one night

The room was awesome for one night, not so much for the other nine. The room wasn't very clean, the pillows had stains on them and the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. The stove is basicly unusable and the walls are paper thin. The "laundry rooms" are outside and have things growing in them, better of going to a laundry mat. The A/C worked amazing! That was the highlight of our stay.

Enjoyed everything however the back burner on the stove did not work can the hot water in the shower

Also not enough storage under the sinks in the bathroom for a numerous gallons of paint and floor ground as well as the chest of drawers under the TV was filled with miscellaneous stuff all that needs to be removed

Beautiful condo, not great neighborhood

We lived the condo! It was in a great location and had a beautiful pool and a small beachside access which we really enjoyed. However, our car was broken into in the parking lot and my Phone, credit cards, DL, and full identity was stolen. Upon making a police report the officer informed is that there are groups of warrants that live in the woods on either side of the condo. Still dealing with the battle on the lost identity. Overall the condo was great, just make sure all of your valuables are inside with you.

Condo was very dirty!

Condo was very dirty. Parking lot was sketchy and littered with trash. Within minutes I emailed about condo being dirty and never got a response.

This place is not just old but outdated and badly maintained, the building, the grounds and the unit. The unit is the size of a motel room, can't really cook there, small and old stove , sink, refrigerator combo and another small refrigerator inside the closet wich one of the doors loose. Popcorn ceiling falling on top of the tub, rusted curtain rod, etc

Missing info. Could not reach property manager. No return call

Could not reach the property manger. When I called and left a message I got no return call. Listing said a boat slip was included but know where could I find the slip #. I finally found what I Hope was correct in the listing reviews. Also the add says plenty off boat trailer parking but the email I got before check in said absolutely no trailer parking. Tried to call and verify but like I said I got no answer or call back so I just parked my boat trailer in the lot and hoped it wouldn’t get towed while I was away. Otherwise nice place and no complaints other than the lack of information and communication which is a big deal when your worried about getting a boat and trailer towed.
