The condo was very nice. The condo location has easy to access beach and other activities. The checking in process with Guesty was difficult. It was rectified one day before trip started.

The check in was very smooth and easy. Parking was very easy and lots of open spaces close to the door. One of the bathrooms was missing the soaps and they did bring them out but took over 24 hours so we had to share soap to wash our hands. Bedrooms were much larger than the pictures and very nice and bright. The ice machine did not work and was not told that before we came or I would have bought ice, being so hot it would have been a good thing to know. There are no filters for the coffee maker fyi. They are very responsive in messages. I would totally stay here again in a heartbeat! It truly is a 3 min walk to the beach and we used the pool a lot and was very clean and nice. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was nice and clean only I would like to see next is more trash bags and a tv in the second bed room other then that we love it we will definitely be back thanks.

No working washer / ice maker not working / food and drinks stolen

We did not have a working washer, dryer or ice maker for the entire 6 night stay - management new about the issue before we arrived and were not told - when we told management they basically did nothing about it - on the 6th day a new washer and dryer was installed without me knowing - during the installation the delivery people ate our food and stole a botlte of wine and soft drinks

Lovely Condo, Terrible Property Manager

The condo is roomy, comfortable, and has lovely views of the Lake with sounds of the Gulf in the background. However, we tried numerous time to contact property manager in advance, during stay, and after, all with NO response. Arrived at appointed time to find housekeeping just arrived. Slapdash job resulted in me having to mop and vacuum nasty floors. A/C had governor that would not go below 70. Unit was muggy and humid. Either A/C not optimal or need new filter and re-calibrated thermostat. Otherwise, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen adequately stocked and living room very livable. Great location and wonderful time. Suggest new property manager. When finally got phone number (hard to find) stayed on hold over 1/2 hour each time with no answer. terrible!

We are currently seeing a high volume of guest inquires at this time but are working hard to get through them all as quickly as possible. We are happy to report we have added more Guest Services staff to our 24 hour Guest Services line to meet the demand. We have reached out to housekeeping and local manager regarding the Air Conditioner and cleaning issues and apologize for any frustration and inconvenience.
