The Space:

As you enter, up a flight of steps, you'll be greeted by a view like no other. Pearly white sand and emerald green water for miles will instantly put you in a tranquil vacation mode.

The open concept floor plan allows this beautiful view to be seen and enjoyed whether you are lounging on the comfortable couches, playing games, or making a snack.

The high-end, well-equipped kitchen has SS appliances, marble countertops, and shaker cabinetry. Dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar allows your group to be together while snacking and dining.

Outside is the Gulf front deck with more seating to watch the pelicans soar and the dolphins play!



The main floor also has a king-sized bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower.



Up one flight, you'll find the king-sized primary bedroom with a private Gulf front deck. It's a great spot to start and end the day with a beverage! The ensuite bath has dual sinks and a tub shower combo.



Down the hall is the third bedroom with 2 full-sized beds as well as a trundle to sleep one more. The third full bath is also here with a tub/shower combo.



The private dune crossover is just outside your door and makes getting your gear to the beach a breeze!

Two picnic tables are in a nice shady spot under the house when you need to escape the sun along with a gas grill.



What's nearby:

This gulf-front townhome sits right on Navarre Beach, with a boardwalk that connects the house to the sand. It's an area known and loved for its beautiful and interesting seashells, as well as dolphins and rays that regularly cruise the shoreline. You can easily rent bikes, kayaks, jet skis, and boats nearby, or go fishing from the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier - the longest fishing pier on the gulf coast - two miles east. Take a scenic drive along Gulf Islands National Seashore on your way to Pensacola Beach (15 miles west), or pay a visit to the lovely Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary (two miles east).

Great place for fun in the sun!

This was an absolutely wonderful place for a family vacation. The attention to detail was amazing and super kid friendly place to stay. We would definitely return to this house.

Great property in a perfect location

Kitchen was well stocked (more than typical for a rental) and fun extras like games and puzzles. Beach was very easy to access. Nice path along the road for running, bikes, pet walks, etc.

Wonderful Beach Condo

The place was amazing. Very clean and well supplied. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels, etc. Easy beach access and wonderful fenced in area for small fur baby. The only issue we had was TV service. It was storming off and on but with fiber there would not have been issue. Would not hesitate to come back again.

Great location, but a little old/dingy

This location is wonderful . . . quiet part of Navarre Beach and just steps to the sand. The property is fine but could be spruced up a bit, and nicer linens and towels would make a big difference. We enjoyed our stay and cooked almost every night.

No place was great but rug on deck need replaced two family members tripped and fell but lucky it was not bad. We did have trouble with code getting in and the lady on the phone was hard to understand.The wash room needed bi fold doors it’s double the work how it’s set up. But I would highly recommend the place just needs a couple issues fixed

This place was everything we wanted and needed! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! We loved the outside deck and short walk to the beach! What a way to spend NYE and New Year’s Day!!!!! The week was awesome! Would highly recommend!!!!

What a wonderful beach townhouse right on the gulf! We loved having our own private boardwalk over to the beach, and the views are amazing. We are grateful that it is pet friendly (one of the deciding factors) because we rarely get to bring our fur baby with us on our excursions—we’ve never seen her SO happy! When she discovered there were crabs living under the sand, we were dying! LoL! The kitchen is incredible and fully stocked with cookware (the starter kit was also a nice touch). Everything was very clean and the decor is nice. My favorite part was being able to crack the window by the bedside and listen to the waves rock me to sleep at night! Thank you for sharing your home with us—we will very likely be back!

We love Navarre Beach and have been visiting for several years even got married here. This property was so great we reserved it for next year, I wish the property was listed directly with Vrbo and not Vacasa...they do not have the best customer service

Loved it!

Our whole family enjoyed our week. The broad walk to the beach was perfect for all ages. Fully stocked kitchen. Having the washer and dryer were a plus. Air kept it very cool. Plenty of room for everyone. Oh and amazing views. Especially the master bedroom!

September on Navarre Beach

Location, Location, Location. Right on the beach, private boardwalk and the most beautiful beaches in Florida. 3 bedrooms all with their own private bath, fully stocked kitchen and views to die for. Outside shower was nice and plenty of parking for 4 cars and a carport if you have a motorcycle. Only down side was the year round neighbors had dogs and you could hear them barking at odd time of the day or night. Highly recommend this place, its 2 miles from the boardwalk so you dont get all the people and noise of that area. Master Bedroom has the best views of any place I have stayed and has a private balcony for coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine at night while you listen to the waves crash (yes that close).

Home away from home

Check in was easy and smooth and communication with the rental agency with any concerns and problems (there were a few minor issues) was easy and answered quickly. The house and location were perfect for what we wanted. It was just a short walk out over the private boardwalk to the beach and gulf. While there was no stationary lifeguard in the area, it felt a little better knowing there was a roving lifeguard that would pass through. It felt like a home away from home. The only small issue was the description of the amenities and items included with the rental. The description of what was included was not as extensive as what came with the house (ie, bed sheets, showering towels and washcloths, hand towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc). If we knew all the items that the owner and rental company provided we would have drastically reduced the amount of items we traveled 2 days with. There was also a beach chair service include with the rental that was not mentioned (that we noticed) prior to us arriving at the house. The house had many items included as well such as dishes, books, games, movies, 2 coffee makers, and the rental agency also had complimentary hotel type (dove) soaps and shampoos which was also a nice touch. We will definitely be back as this was one of the best and easiest vacation rentals we’ve had. Thank you for such a great property.
