Tequila Sunrise is a stunning four-bedroom, three bath home, located in a gated community with stunning water views of the Inter-coastal Waterway! This home includes an elevator for easy access to each floor. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Inter-coastal waterway or a two block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters.

This upscale-home offers luxurious wood flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Tequila Sunrise sleeps 13 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized beds in two of the guest bedrooms, and the bunk room has a full bed on bottom twin on top with a pull out trundle bed. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features comfortable furnishings along with a large smart TV. The shared full bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. Master includes king-sized bed, full bath and smart TV.

Tequila Sunrise offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy the four decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tub. Located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.

There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience along with large picnic table for family enjoyment. Complimentary kayak and paddle boards offered throughout your stay. Deposit required

Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motor boat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

2 adult Bikes (upon request), kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 refundable deposit.

Elevator and golf cart…nice extras

House was as advertised. Well equipped kitchen, towels, beach/pool accessories.. great to have access to the golf cart to head over to the Gulf. Elevator made hauling luggage and baby stuff a breeze! Had a great time with the paddle board and kayak.

Best of both worlds - beach and sound

The location is perfect for a family of varying ages. The sound is great for little ones and easy access to the gulf for the older. The house was spacious and well stocked with amenities and kitchen supplies. The elevator was a game changer minimizing the need for the stairs. Check-in was seamless, great communication with the host.

Mini Vacation

The house is spacious and has everything you need for a beach vacation. We enjoyed having access to a golf cart and the amenities it has. House was clean, but a lot of dog hair around the house. Overall we enjoyed staying there, we’ll definitely be back.

Perfect family bacation

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and responsiveness of the host. A big plus having the golf cart and access to the paddleboard and beach item for us to use/ nice quiet neighborhood, family friendly. We will come back

Family Vacay!

The house was great. Plenty of room for our families to come together and to spread out. The washer and dryer were huge which helped with all the towels and bathing suits! The only thing I would say I didn’t care for was the pool closing so early at 9, however that’s an HOA rule and not a specific house rule.

Wonderful Spring Break

This was our first time at Navarre Beach (having stayed in Ft Walton and Destin in previous years) we abolsolutely loved the area with the phenominal clean beaches and family atmosphere. The house was fantastic. It was a beautiful house. The management team was excellent and answered all of our questions. Truly appreciated the kayaks and paddle board on the bay. Paddling next to dolphins was incredible. Loved Navarre and cant wait to go back.

Beautiful Luxury Home

The home is super roomy, comfy and has high end everything. I'm handicapped so the elevator really made this perfect for me. I'll be back in the summer for sure. We steamed fresh shrimp and crabs from the market. We enjoyed making our thanksgiving meal and celebration memories. Everything was perfect. It was exceptionally clean too! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We came to watch the Blue Angels on the Beach.The house was awesome with plenty of room for everyone. The Golf cart was great for getting to and from the beach. Chad was great and very responsive to anything we needed. We definitely plan on coming back to Navarre and staying with Navarre Sands.

The House has plenty of room for our large family. Very clean, comfortable and Beautiful home. Free use of golf cart. Beach was only about 2 blocks away. Management was excellent in all aspects. Only thing I would change is that with having 10 people, we needed larger pots and pans for cooking for our big crowd!

The kayaks and the stand-up paddle board were a huge bonus on the sound side of the island. We enjoyed taking everyone on the golf-cart down to the pier and out for snow cones. It is the first time in over 20 years that our summer beach vacation has felt like it lasted longer than ever before. Every year before, it has gone by too fast. Being so close to the gulf and the sound, which is a very private strip of beach since it is only accessible by the neighborhood really, makes it so easy to walk to the beaches. The atmosphere of being in this beautiful space just makes it more relaxing somehow. Oh, and if you have anyone disabled, of which we have two, the elevator in this home along with an amazing cart to take groceries and things up on is amazing!! Of all the places we have rented, this house has the best elevator with beautiful wood paneling. Thanks for an amazing vacation for our family!

Great location - great house

The house was the perfect size for us - we had a group of 5: one adult and 4 high school/college-age kids. Our only complaint is that the ad didn't fully describe what was included. There was more than expected - which is a great thing. There were probably a dozen beach towels, several beach chairs and a pop-up shade for the beach included - which was great, but had the ad mentioned that, we wouldn't have wasted space bringing ours! Management company also is very direct in texts, in contrast to what I've found with many other rentals. It didn't bother me, but if you like a lot of personality or warmth in your communications with a host or management company, just know that that's not their style. You'll have all the info you need, just no hearts and flowers if you know what I mean. Overall, we loved our vacation there and would definitely rent this house again!

Having the golf cart to drive to and from the beach was a fun and wonderful convenience. There is no wasted space in this home and plenty of room for our family of 8. Lots of things for the kids to do and all of the luxury for the adults! Well worth the cost! The beach itself was magnificent, and the management company was very helpful and quick with any questions!
