For the price we paid, we really cannot complain too much. There are some repairs that need to be made which should be glaringly obvious to the management company (guest shower door needs repair/replacement IMMEDIATELY and the sliding glass door also needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY as they are both hazards). And there were a few dead and one live roaches (which we did report). Other than those 2 issues, we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

what was shown on the website was very misrepresented. they showed barbecue pits and a swimming pool just steps from our room. We arrived with over a hundred dollars of steaks and seafood to grill. The gas barbecue pits were inoperable and very danger and disgusting. The pool shown on the web we were not allowed to use. There was a very threatening note on the refrigerator stating they we would be arrest by the sheriff if we used the pool or the other barbecue pits near us, We called Vacasa a hour after we arrived with our complaint and was told they would get back to us. After waiting 24hours we called again and was told they would call us back again, but they never did. On the third day we went to Vacasa's local office, and no one was there (it was a Wednesday) waited awhile and went back at 4:00 again no one was there. There was also a family that had been waiting there at the office for 3 hours to pick up their package to check in, but no one was there.They also could not get any help by calling. While packing the car to leave they were rolling the barbecue pits out to the dumpster. I have booked with your company for many years for our Navarre trip and always enjoyed my stay and looked forward to coming back. Also always left great reviews. This year was horrible it was a big waste of money and a waste of precious vacation time. Being ignored by Vacasa was really bad business Thanks for asking how my trip was

Nice with limits

Nice condo. Very limited amenities. No hair dryer in either bathroom. Only clock on stove. Easy access parking. Beach access not near condo; access about two blocks away.

Soundside vacation

Super convenient to soundside beach and pier. Nice grass area for children to play. Nice covered patio to enjoy all weather, and times of day.

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Harbour Villas. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was roomy enough for our family of four. We loved the easy access to the pool and grill, as well as the location near the harbour itself.

Reasonable, but some issues and "Bay view" is a bit of a stretch

Overall, the place served our purposes and is functional. There were numerous minor issues such as dirty intake filter, porch overpacked with furniture, padlocked storage by bunkbeds, cracked tile and squishy floorboards, limited cookware, limited TP and diswasher detergent, but the location is good and we had a very nice time.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. A little walk to beach & the bay is steps away. The location of this condo is perfect. You are right in front of the pool. Thankful this unit had a washer & dryer.

Anniversary Stay

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, very well set up, very comfortable. I appreciated the heads-up about what was provided and what we should bring extras of. We had a little snafu about our beach service, but Vacasa figured out the problem, fixed it, and we really enjoyed our beach time too. We so appreciated the staff's friendly helpfulness when we called, and their call backs. The beach was close enough to walk to, but there was also a easy to use parking lot. We would definitely stay again.

Not what I expected

This unit was far smaller than I thought based on the listing. The decor was all very dark, as were most of the walls. The listing made it seem bright and cheery, but it actually felt dark and cramped. I cannot imagine how more than 2 people could move around comfortably in the living space. The bed pillows were not great and there was a throw pillow on top with noticeable stains which made me feel wonder if the rest of the the bedding was as clean as it should be. I ended up bringing in my own pillow and pillow case. Other than that, it was fine for what I needed, but I was a bit disappointed and wished I had booked a shorter stay.

Affordable Beach Vacation

This property is a one bedroom and 2 bath, however, as the pics show, it has bunk beds in the hallway. My college age child stayed in the bunk beds and fit just fine, however, if you have a really tall person it might be tighter. (my child is 5'8") Beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella was super nice, all you need to do it call the service the day before or morning of your desire to hit the beach. We drove to the beach access but it is definitely walkable. The small parking lot fills up fast though. Beach was spacious (enough sand before the water to spread out and even play some beach games.) We didn't cook in the condo this time but it seemed well equipped. This unit, #213) is actually on the first floor with a ramp to get from parking lot to condo-no stairs. This unit looks at a pool, however, strangely it is not the pool for this condo complex but that pool is only a few feet away (you just aren't looking at it out the back door). I would definitely stay here again-especially for the price. It is farther down Navarre Beach so a little bit of a drive once you get on the island. There are two places to eat on the island and PLENTY once you get off the island. Navarre Beach was fantastic. 10/10

Nice little condo

Condo was just as in pictures. Small but very comfortable since we spent most of our time on the beach and in activities. Very quiet area with pool access. Our only issue was the top bunk rail broke and my daughter rolled off bunk. That was a scary moment for me and my (tiny) 5 year old daughter. Just check the rails really good to make sure prior tenants didn't leave any hidden damage or looseness that would go unnoticed until an accident. The agency for renting this unit is not available by phone only email. The wifi was down a lot on the island. This would be my biggest complaint, not having a live person to talk to.

Great experience

The condo was very nice and the master bed and pillows were super comfortable. The only complaint would be that the mattress on the pull out couch was fairly old and was not comfortable at all. My son didn’t get a good nights rest while we were there. So if you have three kids, I would recommend bringing an air mattress. The area is beautiful and very close to the beaches.
