The Space:

The first and main level of the home is where the kitchen, living room, and dining area are located. The open layout makes it easy to stay together with your group. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious beach snacks and finger foods and savory full course meals for the group. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar adds four more spaces. Kick back and relax on the sofa after a sun-filled day at the beach or at the sparkling shared pool. This level features a laundry room with your very own washer/dryer combo, one bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll come across a bedroom with a king bed and an on-site kitchenette and en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom. And last, but not least, the upper level offers a well-equipped living area with a large flatscreen TV, a bedroom with two double beds, another bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bathroom, and another kitchenette. However, if you'd rather enjoy a little peaceful time outdoors, the large Henderson Beach State Park is only two miles west, offering a plethora of outdoor activities to choose from, like picnicking, hiking, boating, camping, and kayaking.

Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property.
