This home is located in a small subdivision of beach homes SO CLOSE to the beach! Miramar Beach public access and the iconic Pompano Joe's Restaurant are approximately 1 1/2 blocks away. Super close to shopping and great dining, too Don't feel like taking a stroll? Take your own complimentary golf cart and take a ride on Old Scenic Hwy 98 to your favorite restaurant or shops. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths there's plenty of room and sleeping for all. 1st Floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a private bath and pool/backyard access, 2nd full bathrooms, 2nd Floor: living room, kitchen and dining room and a half bath. 3rd Floor: 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a sitting area and laundry room. Beach Access, Small Private Pool, Golf Cart and dead end road makes for a relaxing get away, just steps from the most beautiful beach with quartz sand and emerald green waters.Parking for 4 cars only.

Spring break

The house was great. Very clean and plenty of space to sleep everyone. A very quick walk to the beach. And everything is super close by. We were very happy with our stay.

Great house for a big group

Really nice house in a nice location. Golf cart provided great convenience for trips to the beach, dinner, and nearby stores.

Perfect getaway

Loved having the large main living and kitchen area. The location was very close to beach access and the golf cart made it so easy to transport everything and everyone. Very nicely decorated and well supplied.

Bachelorette trip

This place was amazing ! It slept all 12 of us comfortably (which is an understatement because the beds were SO comfy). The property manager was quick to respond if we had any difficulty. The golf cart ride to the beach access at pompano joes was only a short 4 minute drive. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Beach House

Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for our family. We had the right number of rooms and the house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The backyard was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Could not have had a better stay. The beach was right down the road, and it took a couple of minutes to get there. I would definitely book this house again.

Perfect family house

My family loved this house. Its beautiful and very spacious. I like that they did not have 2 pages of check out instructions. The beach was not far at all, we could have walked instead of using the golf cart. Perfect location We’ll definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The home was new and very beautiful. It was able to accommodate all 14 of us comfortably. The back yard & pool were amazing. The perfect place to congregate and relax. This was the best location for going to the beach. We did not have to pack the car and wait for the whole group to be ready to go the the beach as we have in the past. We were able to each walk over at out leisure whenever we wanted because it was so close! Also, the golf cart made transportation a lot more fun!

Second time around

Unfortunately one of the main reasons we chose this property was the golf cart. We had 10 adults, several of whom need that to get to the beach. While we understand the cart wasn't "guaranteed", we do think we should have been offered a token refund or a replacement for the cart. The house is nice and conveniently located to Pompano Joe's and public beach access.

Very nice home in an excellent location!!!

My family of 16 (12 adults and 4 kids) stayed here and had an amazing time. Perfectly located close to beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Golf cart was a win. The beach is an easy walk. House was very clean with lots of towels. Things to note: pool is small, living area/kitchen and half bath on second floor. Bedrooms are on 1st and 3rd floor. Must be able to navigate stairs daily. Management was great and attentive. Home located at the end of a no outlet street-Quiet, no traffic. We would highly recommend this home. No regrets here.
