Enjoy stunning views and perfect weather here in Florida when you make this adorable condo your home away from home! The space features an upscale living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a private balcony from the primary bedroom and a refreshing deck for your enjoyment. The resortā€™s amenities include shared pools (one heated seasonally), a community hot tub, a spacious sundeck, private beach access, and a fitness room. you will surely be able to find their own way to relax and experience their own type of vacation here. When it is time to wind down, reminisce with loved ones over a home-cooked meal or bottle of wine as the sun goes down. When it is time to head to bed, there will be no problem resting, as the sound of the tide will lull you to sleep to recharge for the next day's adventures.



This condo is perched in a perfect location to experience all that Panama City has to offer. Closest to the resort is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including Bay Point Golf Club at Sheraton Bay Point Resort, Southern Dawn Charters, Panama City Diving and Old Cypress Canoe Rentals. Pier Park always has something going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

We had the best time! The condo looks exactly like the pictures & the location is convenient to many restaurants & grocery stores.. the view from the balcony was amazing & happy the bedroom was gulf view also! We will be back!

Cozy getaway

Very nice,quiet location right on the beach, everything we needed was in the unit.only issue was the floor wasn't clean as it looked,one of the bathrooms tub wasn't so clean and the bed was uncomfortable but overall nice views and cozy living

Family Friendly

The property was very clean and had everything that was shown on their website. The people were very friendly and helpful and the other guests were very nice as well. Only down side was that we had to leave the property to get ice. There was not an ice machine on the property. Other than that we look forward to visiting again!

Perfect spot for quick getaway. Our kids were out of town, so we decided to drive down for a day. It even rained while we were on St. Andrew’s beach, but so much fun. We felt like kids sneaking away. Plus, the rain cooled it down. Didn’t realize the condo was right next to Schooner’s, which is our favorite spot! Sad to hear there is no more live music, but the food was still superb.Was a bit nervous to see the room is right off the elevator, but we never heard a sound from inside, so it ended up being a good thing. Elevators are quick too. Comfy bed. Balcony doors from living room & bedroom. Two bathrooms. Just what we needed.

Stay was good overall, just a few notes.

Our overall experience waa good. One pool was out of commission most of our stay. The condo could have had more garbage bags and more dishwasher detergent along with a bottle of dishwashing soap. More silverware would have been useful too.

Great location!

Unfortunately, the listing pictures and description did not match the actual condo. Pictures for LR showed 3 chairs and an ottoman. The chairs in the condo were not comfortable for sitting, there were only two and no ottoman. This greatly affected our stay for one guest needing to have back support and his feet raised. Vacasa was if no help.

Good overall experience

There were some cosmetic issues through out the condo, like several holes In the walls, some unpatched some patched but not painted over, one of.the arms on the one living room chairs was missing a bolt/screw, the bed frame was barely hanging on, was nervous it would break on us, had to be very cautious when moving, bed was not very comfortable, pull out couch extremely uncomfortable, we almost bought an air mattress because my 14 year old son was up all night unable to sleep, could only open the oven door alomst half way because of the fridge being in the way, every time we would try to Open the fridge, the whole entire fridge would pull out. The good: loved being on 5th floor because we can hear the ocean very well, the view was amazing, parking very nice, very clean, have everything we needed, although we had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels as only one of each was provided. Overall a good experience, just had better stays
