Come bask in the ocean views from this 1,706 sq ft beachfront condo located in one of the most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Outside, feel the ocean breeze from your private balcony, or take in the views from inside through the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. The open concept living area is perfect for you and your loved ones to enjoy each other’s company and expansive ocean views. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with update appliances. The beachfront bedroom boasts a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. The secondary bedroom hosts 3 twin size beds, perfect for the kids! Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared hot tub, pool, fitness center, and the adjacent white sugar sand beach. ***Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests*** No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This condo had a spectacular view of the gulf and was perfect to accommodate our family of 5. It was very clean and we had an enjoyable stay. The host was also very easy to work with and helpful. We will stay here again.

Very nice and clean property. Easy check in and the communication with all of the room, beach access and fitness center codes was accurate. Great balcony view.

Clean condo; beach view was great. As was the pool. The condo was lacking in silverware. We rented it for 5 people as it was advertised, but there was not enough silverware for all of us.

Pictures do not do this condo justice! It is beautiful, spacious and has amazing views from the 15th floor. I loved that even though we went the week after the 4th there was plenty of chairs by the pool and room at the beach. We never had to wait long on the elevators and were never packed in an elevator with others. The location is great and didn’t take over 20 min to get places. It was always easy to find a parking place and the parking lot was easy to get in and out of. I do wish there had been a few more bath towel and cooking pans but that wasn’t a deal breaker. I definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.

Great Location & Spacious Condo

This condo exceeded my expectations, we loved the high ceilings and open feel of the condo. It was calm and quiet and the beach was not overly crowded which was a pleasant surprise!

Best week ever!

This condo is right on the beach! The view is amazing, from the balcony to the kitchen to the bedrooms, excellent! Everything is very clean, appliances work great, furniture is nice and comfortable, including the bed! The owners/management company communicate effectively, and respond in a timely manner. I would recommend everyone to stay here and see for yourself!
