The Space:

Beautifully updated throughout, this gulf-front condo in Tidewater Beach Resort features lovely furnishings, light vinyl flooring, and a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The balcony offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico below, and the resort provides access to 600 feet of private beach (with free seasonal chair/umbrella service), multiple hot tubs, swimming pools, a game room, a theater, and a beachfront fitness center.



With Pier Park - and its 124 stores, wonderful restaurants, and countless sources of entertainment - just over half a mile east, you'll find so much to do in the surrounding area. Try Dat Cajun Place CafĆ©, Runaway Island, Schooners Last Local Beach Bar, Pineapple Willyā€™s, and a variety of other favorite local restaurants, or head into downtown Panama City Beach (six miles east) to visit Ripley's, ZooWorld, WonderWorks, or Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Great PCB condo and great location

Property was clean, well maintained, and located to lots of shopping and great dining choices. Condos provide phenomenal direct ocean front views of the clear blue waters of the Gulf!

Great condo and great view! Plenty of space for a quick getaway. Good location. Internet speed could be upgraded, averaging only 3mbps made it hard to FaceTime or stream video. Great place!

Wonderful stay.

Great condo. It had everything we could need. Bed was much better than expected. Saw previous reviews complaining of the bed but it felt wonderful to me and my husband. We have stayed at this resort multiple times but the layout of this condo is my favorite!

Perfect location

The condo is in a perfect location and the balcony view was beautiful. Pier park and places to eat are close driving distance. There are 3 pools on site and a gift shop where you can purchase floats and nets. If you needed a night in, Marcos pizza in directly across the street and will deliver. Overall experience was great for a family get away.

Only complaint I have is the patio door lock was broken when I arrived and the master bathroom sink drain was broken where the water wouldn't drain Could use a better mattress but overall great room would stay again

Great location

Loved the experience, great location right on the beach. Enjoyed the firework show at perfect view from our balcony. Only thing I would have to say was bad was the elevator wait at times but understand it’s 30+ floors and a lot of people in and out. Overall it was great and will return in the future

Birthday Getaway

The communication between the property and myself was amazing! Very easy check in process. Access to the property, amenities, and beach was so easy with our wristbands and they even worked after getting wet in the ocean. It was my birthday and I was surprised at the birthday welcome I received…so personable! Would definitely stay again!!

Great place with horrible conditions

We loved the place that we rented. It had a great view and enough room for all. Absolutely disappointed with having g to wait for 30+minutes for an elevator. We will never be staying here again

Great views!!

Unit was everything we were told it was only thing was when we got there we had to wash the sheets cuz they were full of sand everything just looked like it was a quick wipe down the cleaning job was not very good everything else was great! If you take kids there it's got two outdoor pools and indoor pool a little arcade A Little Gym there's all kinds of stuff to do. We had a great time

The beach was beautiful except for the construction they were doing on it

It was a cute little place, I would suggest putting some hooks in the bathroom and by the door to hang things. Also a rug by the door would be great.

It was very nice, prefect view. Everything was great. Wished it had a hair dryer and the floors were swept and mopped we took our shoes off when my sister and i got in there.. our feet got black and you could feel they wasn't clean but other then that. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Nice place to stay. Could have been cleaner. Could use a little updating with paint and door handles missing. We think the pay to parking is ridiculous. Because paying what we did to park in normal spot is not right. Need more blankets or thicker blankets on beds.

Nice condo but actual place is terrible. We had to climb 18 flights of stairs with a toddler and groceries because the elevators went out and firemen had to come and try to get them out because then the power went out and then after the power the water and air went out ... elevators took over 20 minutes to come to your floor when they were working just overall bad experience with this place

Just not up to par: Cons: needs painting, couch very hard, bathrooms need updating, front door is terrible looking and trim on bottom coming off. Pros: awesome view, loved balcony, good water pressure in shower and great air conditioning.

Great February stay

Very nice property. Only complaint is both for online check in and check out the web site would not connect. Very time consuming and finally had to do both over phone. Garbage disposal did not work but was fixed within the hour. Heard complaints on elevators. We had no problem at all. Loved heated indoor pool.

At the beach

View from the condo was amazing. Condo was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures in listing. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Only problems we had, we were not made aware that it was motorcycle week, so VERY NOISY & busy. Would not recommend going at that time. Also lots of road construction in front of building. Would have been nice to know these things and we would have booked for a different time.
