Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, a new modern gulf-front Condominium Resort located within minutes of the highly desirable "Pier Park" district on the west end of the world's most beautiful beaches in Panama City Beach.

Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older and be present at all times in the condo during the stay. Age verification checked upon guest check-in at the registration desk. If you are under the age of 25, Tidewater Beach Resort will NOT allow the guest to check-in.

This professionally decorated unit boasts an upscale feel with beautiful new furnishings. Luxury at its best! Spectacular gulf front views from both the living room and the master bedroom with 46" televisions located in each room. A "five star" queen mattress collection in the master bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunk room beds, makes this unit, a convenient and comfortable option for any family sleeping up to six guests. A fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a dining area as well as a sit-in breakfast bar makes this property, one that truly has to be experienced to be appreciated! This property also comes complete with a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. Internet access with a WiFi connection is also provided for our guests.

High quality bath amenities such as Gilchrist & Soames, five star bed and bath linens, Starbucks® starter coffee packs, Glacier SmartWater® are just a few of the amenities that we provide to all of our guests! We strive to provide the best accommodations coupled with quality conveniences and guest relations unparalleled by most others on the beach.

Great place to stay!

The condo was great! Clean, comfy, and the AC works great! The view is amazing and the beach chairs and umbrella were so convenient! Loved it!

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful and clean. Balcony was amazing and large. View of the ocean was amazing. Saw dolphins everyday and the sunsets were beautiful!!

We enjoyed staying here…it’s a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf. The balcony has very nice chairs on it, & even though it’s a 1 bedroom, it’s great to have the 2nd full bathroom…we would definitely come back!!

Master Bedroom Balcony

We chose this condo because we love having access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Everything else was great. My only recommendation for owners is to update rooms with smart tv’s!

Amazing property!

This property was phenomenal for the price. Dale was very accommodating and responsive. We read complaints about elevators but had no issues at all. Will definitely recommend this and try to stay here in the future!

Great condo right on the beach

This unit was right on the beach and perform our family of 4! The bunks were a little shaky so my 7 year old was a little hesitant to sleep on the top one (above our 12 year old). But the pull out couch was a perfect substitute. The beach was gorgeous. Elevators were slow if you tried to use them at check-in or check out time - but that’s been our experience at several resorts. You learn to plan around that. Staff was great. On site Starbucks was a giant BONUS! Would love to stay here again!

The condo was nice. The pools were not heated so anyone with their kids stayed in the hot tub. The establishment did not do anything when the kids were in hot tub without their parental figures. If establishment followed the established rules the kids would not been the hot tub.

The elevators are terrible you have to wait a long time to get an elevator and it’s really hot I waited over 40 min and they walked the stairs when a 5 and 6 year old we stayed on the 15th floor. If your on 1st 2nd or 3rd floor it’s ok but after that It’s terrible

The room was absolutely beautiful! The pictures online do not do it justice! The only issue we had was the elevator wait times. There were times when the elevator wait was 30+ minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is extremely clean and well run. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Our unit was very clean and well appointed. The only negative is the elevators which can be very problematic. Long waits most of the time. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There were just 2 of us, but the room could easily accommodate 6 people (would need additional towels). Bed was comfortable. The views were amazing. I loved having the large sliding glass doors in both the living room and the bedroom. Elevator wait times weren't bad except around checkout time. Very convenient location. Great beach. Easily walk to restaurants/shops. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was so amazing. It smelt really good when you walked in. Everything was fantastic! The view was amazing! It was clean and beds was really really comfortable. Me and my family thought it was really nice. Dale and Dean are so nice. Whatever you need they will come through. The stay was (kelloggs) GREAT! I recommend this condo to anyone! It was a home from home! Thanks again Dale and Dean for letting us stay in your condo! Hope to be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay in this property at Tidewater. It is like being at home.....comfortable! We enjoy working with Sugar Sands because they are very friendly and helpful and we feel more like family than clients. The rooms are well kept up and there have been some updates of appliances, which is always appreciated. The condo is clean and the view is wonderful.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and two boys really enjoyed our stayed; 15151 was the perfect place for our Spring Break Vacation. The condo was impecable, brand new towels and everything we need to make the place home for couple of days. We extended our stay one more day to enjoy the weather and Dean and Dale made the process extremely easy. We walked to our favorite dinner spot (Dusty’s) and to Pier Park every evening. We will definitely come back.

Panama City Beach - May 2023

We had an amazing stay at Tidewater Resort Unit 1515. The the condo was exactly as described. The unit was clean & had an amazing view of the ocean from both the living room & master bedroom. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The elevators could be slow at times, but it is a 30 story building. So it is to be expected, however if avoid taking the elevators during peak times the wait is not long at all! I would definitely stay at this resort & unit again. Thank you!

I wish we could give communication with property manager more than 5 stars! This was by far the best ever! The only complaint I have about the stay was the elevators at Tidewater. This in no way has anything to do with the management group and would for sure rent with them again. Maybe just in a different complex until the elevators are fixed!!!
