Great large well furnished condo for price!

A bit outdated decor, and no covered reserved parking , but comfortable beds, clean, very large, safe and close to beach. Gorgeous view.

We loved the condo and Perdido Key. The only drawback was parking. It was really tight and had to find a parking spot! The condo was really nice, it was a quite place, pool was great.

Absolutely perfect beach setup. Property was clean. Ice maker saved us lots of $ keeping our cooler cold for the beach. Will definitely book again!

Fall Break Getaway

The condo was just as described, very clean, nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials and then some. Plenty of towels and washcloths, nice laundry room. The ocean view was perfect and it was just a short walk to the beach. The pool area also features a nice hot tub as well as a partially shaded area with tables and chairs if you’d like to get out of the sun.I definitely would stay here again.

Nice condo- great balcony and views- very limited uncovered parking had to park across the street x2. The couch does not pull out so it is indeed for 4 people only.

Excellent views! We have stayed at this property before. Suggestions: Add a handicap ramp to the beach boardwalk for those with beach wagons and/or to accommodate those unable to traverse stairs due to disabilities. Since you have an overload parking lot, add a crosswalk sign. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Girls Beach Trip

This property was really nice and we enjoyed our stay! The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars is b/c I did not receive the email on the day of arrival, so I did not know how to get to the room. The listing shows that it's on the 14th floor, but when you get in the elevator it only went to 13, then it had PH1 and PH2. We had a great stay once we were able to figure out how to get in!

The unit was comfortable & served our needs, however there are minor issues with the ice maker, the washing machine, & the sliding door. Nothing that would deter me from renting this unit again .

2022 Family Fun

The condo was amazing! We had a great stay and everything worked out. Only issue was the couch was listed as a "sofa bed" and it was not! We tried to contact someone and never heard back......it was a holiday week, so we understood that people are trying to spend family time.......overall great trip!

We enjoyed our stay.

Stay was overall a great experience. A couple of minor issues- listing stated unit slept 6 and that there was a sofa bed. The sofa didn’t make into a bed, however. We made it work. The day of our stay we were notified that the included beach chairs and umbrella were no longer included. Since this was part of the original price, I would have liked compensation for that. Location was great and unit was nice. Would consider booking again.

Problems arriving

We did not get an email or text on the room code. We had to call once we arrived. The parking pass was supposed to be in condo. It wasn’t. They brought it the following day. Thank God our car wasn’t towed. The cable box in main bedroom wasn’t working properly. Otherwise condo was great. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo - Not vrbo property

Usually use vrbo for the convenience of a home away-from-home feel. However, this was just a condo ran by a property management company, selling through vrbo. Just a condo - and never spoke to the property management company (vacasa), even though I received a voicemail from them at 8 am in the morning and called them back before 3 pm on the second day. Very limited instructions on parking, trash, access to beach ammenities, etc. Just not what we have come to expect in a vrbo. Great condo, and we enjoyed our stay - just should not be on the vrbo listing.

Home away from home

We had a great time staying in condo. The beachfront view was perfect and door from bedroom and family room to balcony to enjoy the perfect view. Plenty of balcony seating. Had most everything we needed. We did get a Roku so we could watch some movies but they did have cable. Kitchen had kcup machine and full size coffee maker. Ice maker and water dispenser was nice. Twin beds were a little shorter and narrower than normal twin it seemed but my 6’ boys survived with hanging feet off end. Not a deal breaker even for them. Overall a great vacation. First time to perdido key and enjoyed it. Quieter than Orange beach and Pensacola beach. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Living room furniture was slippery leather without ottomans but looked nice and i am sure wears well with visitors. Laundry room and full sized machines were very nice for family after a day at the beach. Overall we really liked the condo. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

No entry code to get in

We arrived very late, as we said we would, and still did not receive a code to get into the room. After 2 hours of calling VRBO and VACASA and being told to wait for further information and being given codes that wouldn’t work, they told us to go find a hotel for the night. By this time, It was 3:00 am. As we were driving to find a hotel, we got a call that they finally found a different room in the same building. We drove back to the condo and finally got to bed at 4am. The next afternoon we finally heard from the general manager who gave us the correct code to get in. I complained about our night without sleep so he offered to refund the first night which was nice. But, we are still waiting on that refund. We will probably need to track that down as well. Should have taken similar reviews more seriously. The room was great, nice space for 4 adults. Clean. Nice touch with shampoo, soap and dish soap!Hot tub is very small but at least we had it to ourselves, enough room for 4 adults. Gorgeous view from the room!Biggest issue: no codes to get in until the afternoon the next day! We had to repack and wait to get into our room.

Poor property management but good location

The condo was nice and love the location. But, I’ll never use Vacasa again. I had no idea I wouldn’t be able to communicate with the owner. Vacasa was impossible to get in contact with - was on hold for literally hours never getting an answer. Also never received replies to my messages through VRBO. The only communication that yielded results was through Facebook messenger after complaining on Vacasa’s FB page, which is ridiculous. Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling - I had to go buy a cooler for groceries. Took over 5 hours of trying everything to get assistance. No number to call for local assistance. These owners need new property managers. Would love to book this location but will never do it again if it means paying Vacasa one cent. Wish I’d read their FB page earlier to see all the complaints. They also sent workmen in the condo with no communication with us-no call and nothing left on the counter saying they’d entered- just wasn’t right.

The email sent to me with the codes DID NOT have the code to the condo door. I could get into the gym and pool but not the condo. I had to call Vacasa to get the code. At first she said the was a lock box, there was not. There was a key pad on the door. The agent was a bit rude. You need the make sure your process includes putting the condo door code in the email.
