Great place, king bed needs a little adjusting because it is a little rickety when you move while sleeping, but over all the stay was great!! Condo was beautiful, great location....great views of the ocean!! Beth J

Great condo. Very clean with everything we needed. Comfortable beds & plenty of towels. Fred facility for security. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great place ro visit

The home was amazing. The property is beautiful. No issues. Only downside was not having keypad access. Had to pick up and drop off key at location down the street which is not something we see much anymore.

Our FAVORITE family vacation spot!

My family’s 1st time to Perdido Key and we’ll be coming back! The condo was just as advertised. Communication was great, check in & checkout was simple! My only suggestion is buy a nice set of pots n pans for the condo, the ones there were terrible! We’ll likely book this same Condo next year!

This Amazing Property Far Exceeded My High Expectations

Loved everything about the property and location. Beautiful condo with largest balcony we've ever rented, and the master bedroom huge window overlooking the beach and ocean were delightful. All amenities amazing. Loved the location, too, near restaurants and not far from Orange Beach. Lovely pool. In fact, I loved this condo that, if I was younger, I would have made an offer on it. Will definitely be back. Thanks a million for 5 remarkable days.

Cozy and great view

The view was great. The accommodations and amenities were ok. The tv was confusing and not very easy to use; there was an annoying pop up banner that kept coming on. The door handle was very loose and the gate to the property was broken. I also think it would be helpful for parking spaces to have unit numbers so it wouldn’t be so difficult to find parking.

Great stay but needs to fix the Wifi

The property was nice with a great view. The main issue was the wifi. I reported it not working on the first day of our stay, and although Vacasa did respond and even sent out someone to check it, it was not repaired during the seven day trip. Many other networks were visible, but the network we were given never appeared. Other than that, it was comfortable, the beach is nice, and we enjoyed the stay.

Good but could be better

The condo was lovely to stay in but the amenities were not all working. One pool was out of service so the one working pool was packed. There was painting and construction going on at the condos which made it very noisy one day during our stay. It was frustrating to rent beach chairs from the beach then have others set up umbrellas and chairs in front of our view. We would not have spent the money. The beach was lovely just issues with the complex.

Disappointing stay

The building was undergoing painting and renovation that at times, including at 8 a.m. and afternoons, resulted in noise similar to someone pile driving in concrete above our heads. At those times we couldn’t stay in the condo or on the balcony. When I inquired about Vaca’s noise policy I was told it was basically my problem but they would check into the situation and contact me. When I didn’t hear from anyone I called customer service again and was told that if I checked out by 10 the next morning my remaining 2 days would be refunded. I agreed to that and checked out the next morning. When I inquired about my refund I was told they had turned it over to the local office. That was 2 days ago and I have had no response other than the standard request to rate my experience. Vacasa could be a case study in how not to do customer service and I will not use them again.

Everything was great. But we did have a little problem with the gate code for the condo building. But we got the right number so it was fineAlso the bathroom cabinet in the hallway is startimg to come off the wall so it will need to be fixed before it falls on someone.

We love Sandy Key and that it is located right on the beach. We have been many times over the last ten years. This condo was clean and comfortable...no problems at all with check in or check out. Perfect weekend for the beach.

We will definitely stay here again

The condo was clean and we had absolutely no issues. We had an amazing view and only had to walk out and the beach was right there. They do not allow canopies on the beach here though so bring an umbrella or two instead. We will definitely be back and reccomend this place to everyone.

Check-in/out was awkward,

Getting my key for my dropbox I half a mile down the road is awkward especially considering the dropbox wasn’t actually locked and there were another envelopes there. Same concern about dropping off my key at the same dropbox as I just got a call four hours later looking for the key.

Nice Beachfront Condo

This is an older property but in a great location. The unit requires 2 different actual keys to access the room rather than keypad or keycard entry. The unit and property had everything we needed to have a great long weekend.
