The Space:

Your memorable beach vacation begins while relaxing on this Gulf-front 32 feet deck with a table and two swivel bar stools. You can enter the balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. The living room is a tropical theme with two full-size sofas and two comfy swivel chairs to relax and enjoy TV on the 55' HD TV. There is a desk with high-speed WiFi. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private entrance to the balcony, HD TV, large closet, and private bath. The guest suite is a second main bedroom and has a king-size bed, large closet, and full private bathroom. The third features twin bunk beds and an additional twin bunk with a full-size bed. There is a full-size washer/dryer too. This retreat has been updated with a new glass dining room table top and a new coffee bean grinder and silver in the kitchen.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Great family stay!

Awesome condo, beach, and plenty to do with the kids. Tennis, volleyball, and heated pool kept the kids busy and the beach and condo were fantastic. No complaints.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The unit felt very spacious and was VERY clean. The beds were also very comfortable. We spent so much of our time enjoying the nice big balcony and the beautiful view. The front desk was also very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.

Best family vacation ever!

This property was the perfect size for our family! We had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. I loved the large balcony. Perfect place for our morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. Can’t wait to return and make more family memories thank you!

The island is awesome

We loved our stay for multiple reasons. The condo was exceptional and was exactly as described. It was cleaned, easy to live in and the large balcony was a HUGE plus. Also, the island is so nice. It is a great deal more quiet than Destin.

Fantastic Trip

Most important the cleanliness of our condo, gated facility, easy access, the property manager always available to answer any questions we may have. Condo was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We would definitely book this condo again.

Family vacation

Everything about this condo is perfect... perfect proximity to the beach. We had 7 family members stay & never felt crowded. The extra large balcony was so nice as everyone could be out there together. Only 6 miles to Destin. Very spacious & having 3 bathrooms made all the difference when getting ready to go out. Would definitely stay again.

Beach week wedding

LOVED this condo! Our family had an excellent relaxing week prior to our son’s beach wedding at a nearby venue. Everything is as stated. The only con I can think of is charcoal grills are kind of a hassle, gas grills would be easier. Would definitely stay again. So conveniently located.

This was our first time to stay in Fort Walton. Our views from the condo were gorgeous. We were visited by a school of stingrays twice. The beach wasn’t over crowded. Everything we needed was in the condo, including beach chairs and an umbrella. There was plenty of space for the kids to play. We will definitely book here again.

Great family getaway

My boyfriend our 5 kids (ages 12-18) stayed for a week. Our balcony felt like it was right on the beach so we could watch the kids from the condo or take a short walk to join them. It was a short drive to the grocery store, a 20 min drive to Destin, or a nice long family walk to the pier for fireworks. Main bedroom set part from kids for privacy

Wonderful condo Great views and everything we could have wanted was there and available to us

Wow, what a vacation spot. Beautiful Condo everything worked and plenty of extras to make the time there feel like we were at home. We made breakfast every morning and usually came in form the beach to eat lunch then went out to eat at night. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen to make feeding 8 people no problem. Big dining area and bar at kitchen made room for everyone to visit without being on top of each other. The Master bedroom was spacious and beautiful views. The other two bedrooms were nice and each had its own bathroom. We are going back

Condo Was good. Fridge has a broken shelf and door. Rules for property say no umbrellas in front of beach chairs but this was not enforced which was disappointing.

Perfect view with minimal aminities

The view from 3bc was phenomenal which was the highlight of our stay! The accommodations were very fitting for our large group. The beds were very comfortable and the short walk to the beach made for a pleasant stay. The most disappointing part of our stay was the lack of communication when we needed assistance. Missing from the unit and very needed is a dust pan and a kitchen that is stocked with useful utensils. We had to buy our own forks which we left behind. And we were also disappointed in the clothes drier - 2 hours to wait on clothes to dry kept us from enjoying the beach as much as possible.
