We absolutely loved our stay! The 20th-floor location gave us some of the most breathtaking views of the Gulf. Waking up to the sound of the waves and ending each evening with gorgeous sunsets from the balcony made this trip unforgettable.The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The beach was just steps away, and the location was perfect for restaurants, shopping, and all the fun Panama City Beach has to offer.If you're looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with incredible views, this condo is the perfect place. We made so many wonderful memories here and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We booked last minute and when I say last minute I mean about 15 hours before checking in. The pricing was a bit lower than other condos we were looking at. They responded promptly confirming our reservation. All passcodes were sent within hours as well. The condo was even ready several hours early for checking. Secured parking in the garage was a nice bonus. The condo was clean and well put together. The main bed was comfortable and our kids had no issues with the bunk beds. The property was well maintained and clean at all times. The pools were in great condition as well. I highly recommend booking with the Avri team. We were on the 20th floor and the view from the balcony was amazing. We had a great time and would be more than happy to book this unit again.
