The Space:

Unit A306 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Beautifully decorated with a tropical design this unit is adorned with soothing colors of yellow, green and coral. There is decorative artwork throughout the unit which is enhanced by the stylish furniture in each room. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ornamental headboard, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Awesome vacation

The condo was perfect, enjoyed views from each room, really like the third floor and close location to beach.. We will stay at Waterscape again soon.

Excellent location

The condo was a great location being right on the beach and close to restaurants. We enjoyed the pools and the lazy river and some of the night activities like glow dance party and movie night. The condo itself was nice and had everything we needed.

Waterscape 2021

It was a family vacation that included my 2 grandchildren who are 1 and 4. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be coming back!!

Spring break

We had such a great time at waterscape for spring break. We loved our condo. It had everything we could possibly need. Great views of the ocean and pools. We actually tried booking the same condo for fall break, but it was already booked. We are staying 2 doors down instead.

Great view and location

This condo is roomy and nicely decorated. View from balcony is great, overlooks the lazy river and you can see the beach. The only downside with balcony view is a palm tree that blocks part of the beach if you're sitting on balcony. Other than that, it's awesome. The two bedrooms and living room all open up to the balcony. The location is great and is walking distance to several restaurants. Can't wait to go back!

Great stay, but updates needed

We absolutely loved Waterscape. The resort was fantastic. The activities for kids, the lazy River, the pool area - all were great. The walk to the beach took seconds. Overall the resort was awesome. The room was great as well. The location of the room cannot be beat. The views are fantastic. If you have a newborn, you may want to stay in a unit towards the back as it can be noisy until 10pm. Our only complaint with the room was, for the price, it should be a little more updated. The kitchen is outdated and didn’t have a ton of amenities. These things are small, but no cutting board, not a lot of large bowls, etc. the dishwasher is super loud. Oven is old and outdated. Countertop microwave. Furniture needs updated. TVs are very old and small (not that TV is a big deal on vacation) Which is all fine, but let the price reflect that.

Great location but unit needs some improvements

I rely on reviews when booking vacations, so here goes- Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this resort and would absolutely stay here again- but we’d probably explore other options for a room. The amenities were perfect and beach was beautiful. Loved the beach service and pool bar. Pros: The room was large and mostly clean. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated how many towels were provided. The balcony overlooks the Lazy River and there is a partial ocean view. Also appreciated the water temperature because we love a good hot shower, but be careful if you have little ones who like to turn the handles while taking a bath. Check in/out was super easy and it was simple to contact management if we needed anything. Parking garage is attached to the resort, so you can park on your floor, which was nice. Cons: The TVs in both bedrooms did not turn on at all and the volume on the living room TV would not adjust and was stuck at a low volume… we tried everything. This wouldn’t have mattered as much if it hadn’t rained for two days and our kids didn’t wake up at 6am. Some remotes were missing batteries and backs. The dishwasher made an awful sound off and on while running- like an engine starting up. Mismatched light bulbs throughout the unit and mild mildew in the master bathroom. Living room rugs and pillows need a deep clean or completely replaced. The rug felt dirty to walk on. Tips: There are some large piece puzzles provided, but you’ll need to bring your own games and cards. No DVDs provided but the resort offers free rentals. There are no plastic dishes or utensils- everything is glass or ceramic- something to again keep in mind if you have littles. Other than a frozen pizza, we didn’t cook, so I can’t comment on cookware provided, but there wasn’t a pizza cutter. The area with the bunk beds is great, but it’s open to the kitchen- no door. Even adding a curtain here would be nice for a touch of privacy. TVs are not smart TVs. Again, we enjoyed our stay but the room could use some attention to detail to match the price per night.
