Inside, you'll find the home appointed with a TV, a private washer and dryer, central AC and two ceiling fans, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table that seats four, and even High-speed WiFi for remote workers and online students! Enjoy al-fresco meals out on the furnished patio then head out for a day along the shoreline. Come back to spritz away the sand via the outdoor shower. Beach vacation

The location was great and the property was amazing. Being right by the pool and beachfront was very convenient with a smaller child. The area was great because we could walk across the street for food and coffee. We had an issue with locking the door on the property, but management got there extremely quickly to resolve the issue and teach us how to operate the tricky lock. We will definitely be staying again!

perfect location

clean and location is perfect. Access to pool and beach is a dream! Does need new mattress and lock needs Wd-40. I wish air was a little better in bedroom. None of these were enough to stop me from staying there again!

September - October 2023 Weekend Getaway

Location was perfect! Room was very clean! We only encountered two minor problems: 1) The door had to be constantly "fiddled with" in order to lock it and 2) The TV internet remote and/or Cox receiver were not very responsive. The remote had to be clicked several times in order to select a channel. I replaced batteries in remote, but that didn't help. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay. Also the instructions for how to leave the property were not received until after we had checked out. However, we did everything except strip the bed.

WIsh we could stay longer

Excellent access to beach, the pool, and eating out. Con and pro is that only entry to condo is at the back of complex at the pool, so have to navigate pool safety gate and area steps with luggage. Also, didn't get email with instructions to pick up keys at another location down the street until our arrival day - note, not reading my email while I'm driving - so, we arrived after sunset and it's dark in an unfamiliar area while trying to find the location with keys. That part of our check-in experience was a bit taxing and dissappointing as we were traveling with small children. So great being right at the pool with young children, however, the unit's doors to pool are tinted offering privacy during the day but not after the sun goes down. Enjoyed our beach and pool visit in this very clean and comfortable location!

Absolute waste of time

Would give 0 stars if possible. The property is hard to find with no direction. When we arrived the door lock was broken and door was open. Wi-Fi password was not listed, and the windows are completely see through with no privacy. We left shortly after arriving when no one from maintenance came to assist us with the unlockable door or windows. I opened several help tickets and received no assistance. I didn’t stay at this property for even and hour and I am still trying to get my money back. Do not waste your time trying to stay here.

Great Location in the Beach

The condo was perfectly located on beach. Just short walk to water’s edge. We were on bottom floor which we loved except for all the noise. The pubic restroom was next to our unit and the door slammed very often. The people upstairs were noise and folks were Ming out in the gym backed up to our bedroom so we could hear the heavy equipment banging at all hours. We had some issues with the rental company relating to response time regarding our car hang tag. Also day before checkin we were advised the washer was broken. No price adjustments were made for these inconveniences. We had to wait 24 hours for the car hang tag, even though when first call was made, I was told someone would bring it shortly. Several calls later they finally arrived the next morning around 11. Thankfully our vehicle wasn’t towed. Needless to say, we weren’t able to go anywhere the first 24 hours while waiting for them to arrive. I won’t rent from the rental company again. But I will definitely stay at Perdido Skye again!

Good place bad check in.

The check in sucked I was told to come to this address of the room and I had no way to get in the room. So I called the hot line and waited and waited then I was given a code to lock box half a mile away and was told that's were I had to get me key. It would have been nice to know what before I went to the room and unloaded all my stuff. So after I drove a mile when I got to my room for the 2nd time it was the wrong key. So now I had to drive back to the place with the lock box and knocked on the door till so extremely nice and professional maintenance men let me in. (They were about to go home for the day if I had been 15 minutes later I don't know what I would have done I may not have gotten in my room at all) I told them and they called someone who had the correct key and they told me wait so I stood around waiting talking with the nice men. Then the maintenance men called back because how long we had waited and then told me to just go to my room somebody would meet me so I drove back to my room for the 3rd time. Some lady showed up and spent 15min trying to get the key to work she couldn't even get in the room. I was about to just go back home!!! We finally got it on locked. So after all the I was finally in our room. The room is what I expected it looked like the pictures and everything was clean but the check in was horrible.
