Hermosa casa con impresionantes vistas de piso a techo del río y las montañas. Dos master suites y un dormitorio en suite con balcón privado. Una suite principal está adaptada para sillas de ruedas. Envuelva el porche con dos cubiertas grandes. Uno captura el sol de la mañana, mientras que el otro es perfecto para hacer barbacoas y relajarse hasta altas horas de la noche. Esta propiedad tiene varios pozos de natación y playas de arena, así como un prado plano de 2 acres perfecto para acampar o practicar deportes. Perfect River house for a big group

This was our second time staying at this house with our group of family and friends. We've stayed at other river front houses in the area and this one is our favorite. The house is large enough to fit multiple families comfortably, both sleeping and being inside playing games or cooking. The owners were also very helpful and accommodating both before and during our stay.

Springtime Staycation

Property provides an absolutely beautiful setting to relax and enjoy nature. Several areas on the property to enjoy on your own or with others. Wood flooring in kitchen area needs to be resealed to protect them from damage and carpets need shampooing. We would stay again; however, the rental price has increased twice since booking our reservation.

Always a hit

This was our third time staying at this property and it never fails. The location on the river is so great, we only spent most of our days right there at the house and river. The inside of the house is spacious and fit our big group very well. There was even new furniture (always a surprise at a vacation rental!) The property managers were very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. This is probably the best rental we've stayed at, that's why we keep coming back.

Perfect home right on the river

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home. The house is located right on the river (my toddlers easily walked the short road down to the beachfront) with wonderful outdoor spaces to relax. The furniture by the river was especially appreciated. All was well taken care of. The location was great, very close to entrance of National Park and with the property managers nearby in case you need them. For those who have kids, the master bathroom has a huge walk-in closet that works perfectly as a baby "bedroom" (pack & play fit, no problem!). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay!

Our family with 5 kids and a dog and extended family of grandfather and aunt had such a fabulous stay over Thanksgiving! The pictures don’t do this place justice - the furniture is all updated and better. The kitchen is well-stocked, the rooms are huge and Jodi was SUPER responsive to our needs and questions. The kids loved stacking rocks by the river, and playing there and the adult men loved fly fishing (and catching a few rainbow trout) right outside. We made a trip into the park the day before a huge snowstorm in Sequoia and this location was fabulous for getting into the park. Loved the fireplace too. It was a wonderful, fall retreat for our family! Would definitely come back and hope to in the warmer months.

Large fully equipped home with spacious "backyard"

We visited Sequoia national park with a small youth group and this house was the perfect place. The home is beautiful, plenty of space and plenty of games. The property has plenty of open space down by the river for ultimate Frisbee. The only thing was that it was raining most of the time so we had very little time to make the most of the porches, bbq grill, river seating, etc. The area by the river was very perfect for pictures regardless of the gloomy weather. The house is an easy 5 minutes down the street to the national park entrance. Bathrooms have built in body wash/shampoo containers. Well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful house and location!

Spent 3 wonderful days here with family ages 2 to 78 years. The location and access to the river and private beach were even more important than the park, especially with the 90-105* temps! Jodi and Preston went the extra mile to address any issues that arose and items we needed! The house is so lovely and comfortable! Stargazing at night was very special too.

AMAZING Home for Family Getaways!

Our family of 10 (ages 12 - 75) had THE best time at this lovely hidden gem right on the river just minutes outside of Sequoia National Park. From the moment we walked into the house, we were well attended by the owners. They are approachable, accommodating and always available to make sure that our stay was wonderful for all. The location of the house is incredible. We loved the decor, the grand piano in the window, the long beautiful wooden table for family meal time, the high ceilings, and our walks down to the private river beach. We highly recommend for families or friends looking for a special getaway to connect with each other and with nature!

Terrific location!

This is a terrific location! The house is big and very comfortable for a family. It couldn’t be a better location from downtown to stores as well as to the national park which was minutes away and so convenient. It was pretty clean for the most part and had nicer furniture. The family room was large and comfortable. The views from the house are magnificent and the walk down to the river isn’t right outside, but it’s manageable for anyone who can take a short somewhat steep but doable hike down a hill and up again to the house later. It’s well worth it and you will want to spend your day(s) there. You have your own private beach by the river w/ shade. A couple little issues we found that were only issues I am pointing out only because of the hefty nightly rate for the stay: The master shower door leaks and didn’t shut properly, the downstairs bedroom had a bed that was apparently broken and would slope downward, and there are strange holes throughout the home that need patching and made the otherwise beautifully decorated home look a bit shabby. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and we do highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best family vacation rental in town ❤️

This house is truly amazing. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything you might need to relax is here. Plenty of room for a large party to relax indoors, dine together at the gorgeous live edge table or dine outside. We loved just sitting in the backyard and listening to the river. We even saw deer! The house was extremely clean, the location can’t be beat and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Property

We are extremely satisfied with everything this property has to offer. We needed time off to unwind from our daily routines, to destress. Our stay at this property delivered just what we needed, time to unwind, time to destress, time to really spend together as a family. This was also perfect for our dogs, the space inside and outside the house was perfect!. The river just a few steps from the house, the kids enjoyed going in the water. We are definitely booking this home again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :D

The location was amazing. The river was actually a pretty good distance away from the actual property. To get to the river, you have to walk down a very rocky driveway (hard for old people, like my grandparents to get to). We had dogs on the property but the property manager would let his dogs run free now and then, so it didn't really make us feel comfortable to let our dogs run free. We also received different information. In the reservation email, the check in time was 4 but in the confirmation the check in time was 3. It was confusing to say the least. When we arrived (a little bit after 3), he was still cleaning so we had to wait till 4. I wish that was communicated just a bit more clearly.

Beautiful setting, huge house, expansive natural property

We come to 3 rivers every year, this was our first time at this home though. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and the kids loved having so much space to play in and explore. Jodi and Preston were great hosts. We will definitely rent this place again.

Great Vacation House

This was a great find! Fit our family of 8 perfectly. Loved hearing the river when the windows were open. House was clean and well stocked with cooking and bathroom supplies. About a 5 minute drive from the main part of Three Rivers. Will stay here again!

Great family house!

This house was great for our family and a perfect covid escape! We enjoyed playing in the river and with the piano and games provided. Great internet. The kitchen in the house had everything you may need. Very friendly and kind owners. Pull out couch needed repairs but we were able to use the mattress and worked just as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

This place was everything we hoped for! The views are amazing. The river access was perfect. We loved the beach area with lounge chairs and shade covering. There were safe areas for the toddlers to play in the water on the banks of the river and fun little fall areas for the adults to float around. If you go a little farther up stream there's perfect size rocks to climb around and sunbathe on. Jodi is an amazing host and extremely accomadating. It was just what our family needed!

Wonder stay on the river

We had a wonderful time at this house. The location is perfect for a visit to Sequoia NP or just a relaxing weekend on the river. The pictures don’t do it justice- the beds and some other furniture have been updated. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The private river access was perfect for our families and young kids. We’d definitely stay here again
